Excellent experience from start to finish. Long Electric installed a Generac whole house natural gas-powered generator. Jason, the owner, provided various options ensuring my needs were met, at a very competitive price. Installation went smoothly as Melissa , the front office manager, handled all permits and scheduling, and addressed any concerns or questions promptly. The installation was top-notch, neat, and professional. The installers were prompt, efficient, and curious. A shout out to Jamie and his crew.

The installation technicians were very professional, nice, and worked hard for a difficult fan install. They made sure to go the extra mile to clean up and vacuum any mess that was created. Very good value for the work performed. The in house customer service was great, however it took a while to get my quote after initial consult, and the head electrician who performs the estimate should really work on his people skills, he came across abrasive and cold like he did not want to there to my wife and I wanted to look for another contractor, but gave him the benefit of the doubt and his employees made up for it.

Very competent job by all associates of Long Electric. They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Very pleased with the entire project.

Where we live we were always having power problems. It was so nice when the power went off at 7:30 in the morning, we did not have to go and get big, bulky extension cords and get the generator going. In our 70's, we do not need to walk over these cords going all through the house and upstairs. Best money we ever spent.

Quick to respond and stayed in contact regarding the work and the status. Fairly priced and was able to get an appointment very quickly.

Great follow-through from the estimate until final inspection. They talked about all the little things that could be a part of the installation and there were no suprises.

Excellent service from everyone at Long Electric. Jason (the owner) came out and did out estimate and Melissa in the office was our point of contact. The entire process from initial estimate to completion of work was efficient and seamless. They coordinated with our propane installation to make sure the work was all done in a timely and appropriate manner. I would and will use them again for any electrical needs I have.
