Description of Work: JDM fixed our HVAC, pinpointing the issue and providing us an honest estimate for work. Two other companies that came before them recommended a complete overhaul of our relatively new system at thousands of dollars. One left the system totally unusable with wires exposed that could have caused a fire. JDM not only got the right parts, they repaired the system safely and promptly. A small business that's honest, professional and friendly. We purchased a regular service agreement because we were very pleased with them. That's how a business should be run! Kudos!

Description of Work: Air Handler in the attic stopped working properly

Description of Work: Honestly, this was the best experience I have ever had when receiving services like this! I was specifically looking for someone that works on dryer vents (which is a lot harder find than you would think). I called Jeff in the morning, found that he was offering the best price for the service and he showed up at 6:30pm the same day. He went right to work and found that my dryer vent was disconnected in my ceiling. He spent over a hour with me tearing down the ceiling panels (which were nailed and screwed in) and got it reconnected. He went right back to work and finished the job 30 minutes later. I offered to give him more money than he was asking because of the time he spent with me tearing down the ceiling...he REFUSED! It's really refreshing to find a business like this, that is honest with its customer and truly works for customer satisfaction. After this experience, I will be using JDM exclusively for my HVAC needs (and possibly some dry walling if they ever get in that business). .
