+ -1 moreI brought in my computer approximately on August 31. They brought me in to order a new hard drive on September 1, seeing as how I needed a new one. When I brought the computer in on August 31, they told me it would take 24 to 48 hours before I had my computer back. I kept in touch with them via phone. Every day there was something new they had to do. They did a good job fixing the computer, but it took until September 7 until I got it back. That's a week. Not two days.
Description of Work: I brought my computer in for service. The hard drive was replaced and the data was backed up. The hard drive turned out to have a Trojan virus in it.

+ -1 moreIt went well. I showed them to my computer, let them know what needed to be done, and they got to work.
Description of Work: They set up my wireless printer, streamlined some applications, and provided suggestions on how to get more out of my (older) computer for the immediate time being. Not being overly familiar with computers, they didn't speak "down" to me, but explained in a way that I'd understand. They were prompt, professional, and provided me with free cost saving ideas. I appreciated their time, effort and experience.
