I had the best experience with Miguel and IRenovate Pro. IRenovate Pro replaced my roof, siding, painted my exterior and had insulation put in my attic. Miguel was patient and held my hand through the entire process. He kept me abreast of every project and communicated effectively. All the various crews that came to my house on the different projects were timely, professional, diligent, courteous and cleaned up after each job. I would highly recommend IRenovate Pro! Having grown up in a family of roofers, I was a little hesitant to hire someone to do a re-roof on my 7 year old home. Because of poor craftsmanship from the builder 7 years ago, it was necessary for me to re-roof the home. I initially looked at Internet searches looking for a reputable roofer and was only getting big name companies that overcharge for any services. I decided to use Angie’s List to get the process started and get an initial bid and because of constant rain and water damage, I wasn’t in a position to wait long. I received two bids initially from companies with good reviews, however I knew from experience the two prices were way beyond reasonable. The first bid for my 1600 sq roof was 26K and the second was 14K all of which didn’t make any sense. I was contacted my Miguel from IRenovate Pro and he wanted the opportunity to give me a bid on my roof. He offered his price after taxes at 8K and was offering the same services as the other two companies who came to my home and used high pressure sales tactics to get the sale. Miguel didn’t at all try to pressure me into signing a contract, but instead offered a quality service so much less then other companies. As mentioned, I grew up roofing homes and have to date never met Miguel, however he was able to provide a bid based on satellite photos and based on my conversation with him, I was extremely comfortable in moving forward with a contract. In Fall of 2021, my mom hired one of the big fence/roofing companies to replace our roof. The salesman told us that there were 3 layers of shingles and that it needed to be replaced as soon as possible. He never went onto the roof and never checked the attic spaces. There was a dip in the roof that we asked about and he said it wasnt an issue. The roofing crew came out and had the roof replaced in two days. During that time, i asked them about the shingles and they said they only pulled up one layer. They also said the roof was in good shape and didnt need to be replaced for another few years. We had been lied to. They also said nothing about the dip in the roof. The gutter crew then came out and didn't finish the install due to weather. When they came out again, only two people showed up. They threw their trash on the front of our property and left it. They also left tools and materials all over the place. The crew couldn't come back for a week or two. A day or two later, I was walking around the house and began to notice issues with the installation. I took pictures and my Mom and I contacted the better buisiness bureau. They also showed up and took equipment without telling us they were coming. The salesman also didn't add gutter guards to the contract. He said they were worth $5,000 and he wasn't going to give them for free. He was rude to my mom and hung up on me! So began a cycle of the company coming out to "fix" the issues and try to finish the gutters. Once they leave, we find more issues, we tell the company and better buisiness bureau about it. This happened a few times and lasted through the winter. The company brought one of their own inspectors out with the supervisor and the gutter crew. He noticed that there was a missing piece of metal on the top of the roof that the roofing crew didn't install. That meant that part of the house was open and water was getting in every time it rained. We asked them about the very bad dip in the roof and they said it was fine. Out of nowhere, the crew started to rip the old downspouts off the house. My mom stopped them because it was too icy, but she could tell they were trying to hurry up and get away. A few days later, I crawled into the attic and discover several broken rafters! Again, we had been lied to. Mom hired a lawyer and was advised to get the roof repaired. She went on Google and IRENOVATE PRO was the first choice. She called and Miguel the owner picked up. She told him what was happening and he met us at our house that day. He looked at everything and told us how horrible the big company's job was. He told us that because the first company didnt install the downspouts when they were supposed to and that water was pouring into our foundation! He called his Forman to come out and look. He found A LOT of issues that needed correcting. We were then advised to get a roof inspector to determine if the roof needed replacing. He said it definitely needed repaired and replaced ASAP. So Mom hired IRENOVATE PRO to complete the work. They said it would take 3-4 days and they kept to that schedule. They worked fast, were very friendly, they cleaned up very well and did the job right! The Forman was constantly keeping us up to date on the progress. The owner was there every day to answer questions and address concerns. They discovered that the previous company didn't replace the sheaths like they were supposed to. Miguel's crew had to replace 37 sheaths in total and they discovered that the first company didn't use the materials in the contract! This company is direct, no hassle and completely wonderful to work with. We will be telling everyone to go with IRENOVATE PRO whenever they need a quality, local general contractor.

I used Irenovate pro to replace my old windows , Miguel from irenovate pro explained me everything about replacing windows options and delivered everything as promised after taking quotes from different vendors , he gave me the best price to replace my old windows with Anderson 100 series. We have to replace 19 windows and 2 sliding doors and crew showed up around 8:30 Am and finish everything by 4 PM without leaving any mess.I highly recommend to take quote from irenovate pro before signing up with anyone else.

I needed to replace the roof of an older house, so I requested estimates from a bunch of roofers via HomeAdvisor and Angi, including a few big name companies as well as a few local roofers. iRenovate Pro was one of them because of its perfect score on Angi. After a long discussion which started actually a year or two ago, we finally decided to do something about the outside of our house. Tiring of having to paint and repaint my husband decided to go with siding and we began the search this summer for a reputable company to go with. Miguel and his company iRenovate Pro, came highly recommended by friends of ours who had just completed work on their house. They were amongst the highest rated on the website, and after reading the reviews and post my introductory call with Miguel (the owner), I came away even more convinced to work with them. Miguel provided a detailed, technical review of the scope of work, provided product specifications and a very transparent process for determining the price, including the pros/cons of the various products. While we had some minor delivery based logistical issues, given how tight the space was around my home, the construction team was very efficient, safe and clean in its work and even fixed some cracks on my chimney at no additional cost. They took pictures and shared the details of the installation with me afterwards. Truly a great experience from beginning to end - if I had more roofs, I’d definitely be going back to IRenovate Pro.
