We used Interconnect Electronics to install an electric vehicle charger at our house. They came out and did a thorough review of the house location where we wanted to put the charger, and the possible ways of installing it with the least disruption to walls and ceiling. They gave a very fair estimate, then when they came to do the installation they found it was more complicated than they had anticipated. They identified an alternative solution, and kept us in the loop at every decision point, and explained things very clearly. They were courteous, professional, and great to work with. They took their shoes off every time they came into the house, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up when finished. Even though the job was more complicated than they anticipated, they stuck to the estimate price for the completed job. They are great to work with and we are recommending them to our friends.They also promptly call you back or text you if you leave them a message.

The technician were very knowledgeable and explained everything.

I called Crystal Thursday and made an appointment for the next day. Crystal presented options for the actual charger and I was able to save money. The technician and assistant arrived early which actually helped me get onto other tasks in a timely manner. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I now have a charger station in my garage!

The communication with the company was excellent. Krysthal made sure to collect all the information needed for a quote and she got that quote to me very quickly. Once I accepted, she contacted me to schedule. And we found. A. Convenient date and time. The crew, including one of the co-owners, showed up on time and did a great job. One thing I particularly like was that the co-owner made sure that less experienced electricians were on the job site with him so they could learn first-hand on a real job. That really speaks well to the company's values.

They were on time. Excellent communication before, during, and after the service. They installed an EVSC for my wife's electric vehicle. The installation was faster than expected. And their price was was way more reasonable than some of our other quotes. Got to us in less than a week after initial contact. Would definitely use them again.

They stick to their words. Initial plan for setting up charging station, they estimated 3 hours and were going to charge me 1500 dollars, but then due to some reason once they started work they had to change the plan and the entire project took 6 hours and with extra labor. But still they did not change the quote.
