After getting a less than impressive quote from a general electrician, I've contacted Interconnect Electric since they specialized in EV Charger installations. James has setup a video chat session where I showed him around the property and where everything is, he gave me a reasonable quote that included charger installation not just wiring and found a way to route the wire without drilling holes in the finished basement ceiling. During the appointment he came on time and routed the wire as expected without damaging the ceiling as promised, he answered all of my questions and handled the permit paperwork. All the work was very neat and feel like I got great value for the money by working with James and Interconnect Electric.

James provided the best bid and seemed more engaged than the other contractors. He acquired the charging station at my request and the installation was smooth and efficient. He explained the process for getting a maryland rebate and provided all necessary documentation

James was prompt and took the time to answer all my questions.

I hired Interconnect Electric to install a level 2 ChargePoint Home EVSE and a 20 amp/120 volt outlet on the exterior of my house. James and his father-in-law provided a very clean and professional installation at a good price. Even though we had a problem with the EVSE unit that was outside of his control and required extra time for him to work through, James honored his original price ensured our satisfaction. Very refreshing company to work with. I highly recommend based on price, professionalism, and quality of work. I would definitely hire Interconnect Electric again.

I loved that he could provide a quote from seeing pictures or after being shown where the installation would be via video chat. Very convenient, and a reasonable price. James was also obviously very familiar with the requirements for installation of the EVSE, the permit and requirements for Montgomery County, and what was needed to apply for the MD EVSE rebate program. He also took the time to talk through different options I was weighing in terms of which EVSE to install and whether it would be installed inside or outside the garage.

James and his father in law did an excellent job installing a ChargePoint charger and outlet. They did superb work, for a fair price. They also know the ins and outs of what it required in MD to apply for the EVSE rebates. I highly recommend them

This was simply amazing. One of the best home improvement projects I've ever gone through. James was very communicative, extremely polite and friendly and very prompt. What I thought would take weeks to get done took a couple of days from the initial visit to the completion of the job. I would recommend James for anything electrical. I am so happy I found James and Interconnect Electric. He was quick to give me a quote on my project: installation of a wall charger in the garage for my new electric car. He came by my house to do an assessment. His quote was reasonable but it was the quality of his work that stood out.
