Fantastic work and service from beginning to end. They quickly got back to me about a quote and scheduled it within a few days. Because we have a non-standard house I had to do a video review with the lead electrician who walked me through a couple options, weighed the pros and cons, and gave me the confidence that I was working with a true professional. I had clear communication from Interconnect all the way through installation. On the day of the install the crew arrived on time, clearly communicated through all the stages of the installation, were courteous, clean, and polite, and finished on time. The cost was 2/3 of the other quote I got, and the service these guys provided was top notch. I recommend Interconnect Electric without hesitation if you want to get a Level 2 EV charger installed.

Awesome experience. From first contact, they remained in communication. When I had to cancel first appointment, they quickly rescheduled, and even reached out when an earlier opportunity came available. I got quotes from 3 other companies, and they were all AT LEAST $1500 more. On the day of install, they arrived on time, and were very courteous, professional, and clean. I will definitely reach back out to this company if I need further electrical work. Highly recommend using this company.

This company **interconnect electrics** tech came today to do the job at my house to install an electric charger. Upon arrival at 7:30 am he started to bang at our front door very loudly despite the fact we have a ring doorbell and intercom. Later, I found out that he was upset because I had requested a reminder ( text or phone)10-15 minutes ahead of time prior to his arrival. He said to me, **who do you think you are that we would call you in advance** (which I never received despite 7:30 am early appointment when my family was asleep) He presented himself as part owner. He did not act, speak, or behave like an owner. I should have prevented him from getting inside my house immediately. He was without proper uniform or dress. He kept complaining that the price of wire has gone up and the job is very complicated. Knowing and signing the contract in detail with pictures in advance, he left without starting the job despite their receptionist, Crystal, promising me (twice) that closing dry wall was part of our job and I confirmed that again yesterday. This man declined to close the open ceiling holes once work is done and declined to work. He departed by saying that he is very connected to people in my area and that no plumber, roofer or others company will ever come to my house to do any work. I felt this as a personal threat towards me and my family. I have the right to protect myself. ( I recorded his conversation) How dare he scare and threaten his customers like that? NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Please save your money, time, honor and you will have piece of mind. Always check their professional license and proper attire first before you let them enter your house. PERIOD.

They quoted me after I texted them photos of the Location and electrical box. They quoted me with and without the purchase of the Wallbox EVSE. I ended up buying the unit from them. Scheduling was fast and easy, installer showed up on time and finished promptly. Excellent service!

My team that installed my EV Charger were prompt, responsive, and we were able to complete the majority of the consultation for the charging station placement virtually/ via WhatsApp. I appreciated everything being so COVID friendly since my husband and I had just had our son 2 weeks prior to our scheduled installation.

The installation crew was on time, pleasant to work with and efficient in hardwiring the charging station.

The installation went very smooth and super quick. They knew exactly what to do with my EVSE and how to properly set it up. They installed the largest possible gauge for my EVSE (as requested) in order to maximize its output current. Waiting for the inspection now but everything else was superb.
