Contractor came on time, did a very professional job. Even cleaned up after himself. It was encouraging at the end that Kenny said if there were issues/concerns feel free to give them a call and they will rectify the problem.

Their service was very good.

We went to Home Depot and purchased a dryer and a service agreement for delivery and haul away of old dryer, the cheapest overall value after shopping around at all other comparable stores. Delivery was scheduled and very prompt and professional. I would recommend buying a dryer here only because of value, service, and delivery cost is minimal or free.

The subcontractor that they sent was excellent. He was punctual and did the work in a very short time. The door works and I got my moneys worth.

Cabinets were ready to be delivered by May 14 but installation did not begin until June 11 because contractor could not fit the installation into his schedule. Upon opening the cabinets I was told that the cabinets that were ordered were not the correct size but with some modifications the installers could work with them. Installation stopped on June 13 while waiting for more parts. Countertops were delayed due to cabinet installers but were installed July 12 by counter top company so after 5 weeks I was able to partially use the kitchen but still could put nothing in cabinets or on countertops. Counter top company and installers were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Cabinet installers did not return until July 13, worked only partial days and left on July 18 without completing the job- glass not installed, cabinets don't close correctly, nail holes visible, missing hardware, etc. In August a representative from the cabinet company came to see what the issues were with installation. In addition to what was listed previously, I was told that 2 cabinets were installed incorrectly and were reversed when they were put in. As of September 17 my kitchen is still not finished. Home Depot Special Services Department continues to apologize but does very little to correct the issues which stem from their kitchen department initially ordering the wrong size cabinets and parts to using an incompetent and difficult installer.

Removed old windows, wrapped windows on exterior, sealed and also replaced original vinyl shutters. Cleaned up thoroughly.Demonstrated how to clean windows, etc. Could follow ordering progress online. Easy to contact Home Depot site manager and project manager.

BUYER BEWARE. We asked Home Depot to come out and give us an estimate for increasing our attic insulation in order to improve the energy efficiency of our 35 year old approx 2K sq ft house. The rep came out and told us in order to receive the tax credit the insulation had to be at R60 and the cost for blow-in insulation and the radiant barrier would be almost $7,000. After doing some research the insulation standard for this region is R38 to R40 for the tax credit.

They really made a lot of mistakes. The help was really non existent as they were hard to find. They also did not help at all with the sub contractor they hired to install the water heater. I will go here again but only for do it yourself projects.

HOME DEPOT SUPPLIED A VERY QUALIFIED AND CAREFUL INSTALLER FOR MY DOOR. THE CONTRACTOR CAME ON A SATURDAY MORNING. HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND RESPECTFUL. THE CONTRACTOR EVEN MOVED MY DOORBELL FOR ME. HE CLEANED UP ANY DEBRIS RESULTING FROM THE INSTALLATION. IT LOOKED AS IF THE DOOR HAD ALWAYS BEEN ON MY HOME.
