Description of Work: Measurements for the redesign of the master bath

Description of Work: Remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Installed cabinetry in both rooms. Removed/replaced flooring. Upgraded electrical circuits. Repaired plumbing. All work was supervised by Francisco regularly. Honika provided regular updates to materials and costs. The job was completed in 3 and one half weeks. Remodeling was done expertly and professionally.

Description of Work: Gave us the 3-D rendering, and we decided to go ahead with the project. They have not yet started the actual kitchen remodel, but we are pleased so far.

Description of Work: 3D rendering of a bathroom design. it's a good idea, but the actual drawing was a disappointment. The provider was very good, very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I was expecting a designer with some energy and was a little disappointed.

Description of Work: Victoriano was punctual and spent more than 1 1/2 hrs measuring kitchen and discussing improvements. Seemed professional. However, he never sent over 3D diagram of what we discussed. He sent over an estimate for doing the kitchen but despite my several texts and calls, he promised but never sent over blueprints.

Description of Work: Francisco came over several times to plan the new kitchen with me. He is very patient and understanding of my ideas about the new lay out and drew a 3D concept according to our discussion. He will go 'shopping' with me for all the necessary items and promised me to take care of everything. So far I am very pleased how the new kitchen process is going.

Description of Work: I contacted company on June 6th for an estimate. Francisco came out and and said he would get me the estimate In a couple of days. I never heard from him so I contacted company for follow up. I received an apology and was told they would speak with Francisco and get back to me within 2 days. Still haven't heard back. Guess they don't need the business. Very disappointing and such a waste of time.

Description of Work: They redid two barrooms from the studs out. Very happy with the results!

Description of Work: They designed & renovated my master bathroom, kitchen, powder room and painted the main & 2nd floor. They have a friendly and responsive crew that did an excellent job. They made sure all finishing details were complete and done well.

Description of Work: We had a total kitchen remodel including removing a wall and re-positioning all gas and water lines to rearrange the appliances and sink. You pay separately for the materials. This price is for labor. They are a fantastic group to work with. They were able to stay on the deadline. Very professional and the workmanship is wonderful. NO complaints.

Description of Work: HBLLC did a full bath remodel. Carlos performed the majority of the work and he did a beautiful job setting the new floor and bath tile. There were a few unexpected hiccups. My 1950's bathroom wall tiles were thickly embedded in concrete. Breaking up the tiles caused significant wall destruction, a change order and additional labor cost for one wall repair. Also, I had pipes servicing the bathroom replaced. Both changes were done well and at a reasonable charge. I do plan to have HBLLC renovate my galley kitchen later this year and I have recommended them to other owners in my building. It was a pleasure working with Francisco, Anya and Carlos and I look forward to working with them on my upcoming kitchen remodel.

Description of Work: Francisco was a big time liar. We wanted to do bathroom remodeling.we had already picked every item needed for the job. We had an estimate from another company for 9100.Francisco came and evaluated the job and gave a written estimate of 8600.we were thrilled, then he asked for a meeting where he said his written estimate doesn't include the skylight. well there was also a miscalculation and considering everything he saw in the store the price will be 10800. well he then asked for a meeting at the store and made us give back a lot of the stuff we had bought and changed it to what he wanted which we did bearing a loss of over 2000 in fees. because things are different we had to pay him 13200.we were biting our nails now when is he going to start? well he said he was busy for 2 weeks.He then called saying after he looked carefully at the stones the price will be 13800 & will take 2 months. We hired another company that finished the job in 2 weeks for 9000.don't hire him.He is liar.
