 + -1 moreThe Geek Squad at Best Buy is very responsive and came right on time. They were worth every penny that they charged and I think the charge was very reasonable. I did not known about the flash card that they could use to find out what was wrong until this visit, but I was very impressed with how it worked.
Description of Work: They came to my home and used a flash card to diagnose my problem. I'm not sure what they did, but they fixed my computer.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT VERY QUICKLY AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. HE FOUND SEVERAL PROBLEMS AND WAS GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING WHAT HE FOUND AND WHAT IT WAS DOING TO MY SYSTEM. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK HE DID TO GET MY COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING.
