Description of Work: I've delt with many companies in the area and they are by far my favorite, they have the family operation with the big legue equipment and training. I will never use anyone else they cleaned my in house carpet and oriental rugs

Description of Work: We used Express Carpet Cleaners Inc last fall to clean the carpets for three rooms and the hallway. They also cleaned some aerial rugs and other stuff that I took with me to my new house.

Description of Work: This is the second time I've used Express Carpet Cleaners. Both times, Ryan came out to do the job, and he is just great--trustworthy, punctual, congenial. He also educates about carpet care and answers questions fully. Both times I had 5 areas done: 4 large bedrooms and a hallway. The price today included $30 to clean a round entry rug on the spot. Ryan explained that they still do the best job when area rugs are sent to the plant to be thoroughly cleaned, but he offered this new service because he didn't think I'd want to spend their minimum of $125 or $150 to send such a small rug out. He was right. The rug looks and smells fresh again with the less expensive treatment. I also inquired about a new hardwood service ECC offers for our floors on the main level, which are scratched and faded in some places. Ryan was honest enough to say that he didn't think their service would be effective on these problems, that it's more of refresher. I agreed that we'd have to refinish them, and he even gave me some pointers to minimize the cost of that refinishing.
