Description of Work: We did a "down to the studs" reno on a large master bath, a new bathroom lower level and major updates, paint, carpet and floors. ETC was responsive to our needs, courteous, and resourceful when the unexpected arose. Most importantly, the workmanship/quality on completion was excellent. In particular, we did stone work in master bath and tile in lower level. A new hardwood floor was installed in master bedroom. Subcontractors for paint and hardwood flooring did a great job. The workmen were always respectful and mindful of our continued need to have the house function during the renovations. The team took great pride in its work and it showed. Finally, the team made recommendations that improved quality with no sacrifice to budget.The price was fair. In budget, materials and timing, we had very open, clear, complete and timely discussions. We recommend them and hope to use them again on the next project.
