Description of Work: Ant infestation in the kitchen.

Description of Work: They placed traps where activity was noticed, and also sprayed non toxic chemicals into areas that could not be easily reached with the traps. They arrived on time, and did exactly what they said that they would do.

Description of Work: The provider did nothing! After waiting for 4 hours they never showed up. I did live chat on line checking up periodically to verify the appointment. Never once did they offer any specific information. There was no number to contact anyone. This is very disappointing. I do not recommend this service.

Description of Work: Mark, the technician explained everything that he was going to do including inspection, performing treatment interior and exterior of the house, and installing traps. He answered any questions that I had and he was very thorough in his work.

Description of Work: We have used this company in another city and were pleased enough to repeat business with them when we moved. The last two times we have moved, we have discovered major ant problems in our new homes. Ehrlich recommends, but was not pushy about, an annual contract. In our experience, a serious infestation of ants can take a long time to get under control, so it was worth it. Their price may be a little higher, but they are responsive when you have a problem, come when they say they will, are vigilant about pets and children, give good advice, and are professional.
