Edram did a great job. They built the room exactly as I contracted. They were fast, efficient, and had great communication. They left the basement room very clean and ready to paint.

It went great! The guys were really nice and cleaned up at the end. Would hire again.

It didn't. We had set up two appointments and they never showed up.

Basement in bathroom in basement turned out great very professional work. Would highly recommend them. Leak in the wall has been fixed they are in the process of fixing dry wall and replacing carpet and painting. Turning out great. Edram Construction are very knowledgable and great to work with. Would highly recommend them.

Edram Construction provided multiple options for proper and safe repair of a timber support beam. As part of the initial quote, the options were explained in detail and we were able to come to consensus on a satisfactory repair despite my own lack of knowledge in the area. The engineer was knowledgeable and provided an accurate estimate before the work began and was available on site for most of the day. The workers were professional, respectful, and friendly. They protected the area and kept it clean. Upon completion, the only evidence that work was done was as agreed. The nearby affected drywall, paint, and trim was replaced as good as new and still matching the untouched surrounding areas. The work was completed in a single day and overall it went very well.

I received Edvin's name (owner of Edram) as a referral. I asked him to come over and look/bid on a job that I was having done. He was on time and friendly. Edvin came with some of the best ideas to maximize the space. At this point I had spoken with two other contractors and like his ideas and plans the best. I also liked that he would be on site doing most of the work himself. He and his team started quickly and worked hard when on sight. Edvin's communication and attention to detail was key in making sure there was not any issues that need to be redone or changed. This limited the time of the job and addition costs to me. He allowed me to order some of my own finishes and materials, even though this cost him and the team additional time on the job waiting for them to arrive. The finished product was great they did a 100% custom job ad a very fair price. I highly recommend this company and have giving his name and number to others all ready.

These guys were GREAT! Day 1 Monday - They arrived at 6am and ended at 6:30pm!!!! Day 2 Tuesday - They arrived at 7am and ended at 1pm!! Edvin is very professional and very easy to work with. The reason why I chose Edvin for the job was because he was willing to negotiate his price as I did receive 6 other estimates for the work from other top Angie's List companies and he was able to start in a timely manner. The quality of work was also great. I was very particular, which I'm sure was annoying, but Edvin worked with me and still kept it professional. I wanted to make sure the paintwork for my first house was perfect so that I would be satisfied. I was very satisfied with his work and I hope to work with him again on my next projects.

The work was done very professionally and timely and to my complete satisfaction. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. At conception, they came up with ideas that would make the room better for my elderly mother which I appreciated. Also, along the way with constructon, if I wanted to change something, they always were agreeable and would do what I was requesting. They finished the addition in the time frame promised. Attention to detail was incredible. There was no punch list at the end. It was just perfect. I would definitely use them again, in fact I have. During this last major rain storm, there was water coming in around my chimney. I called Edvin. He came out at night with a worker to get up in my attic and determine where the water was coming from. They determined the problem and corrected it within a few days. My basement also flooded during this period. They were there on the spot the next day removing my carpeting, cutting out the drywall at the base so no mold would grow and installing a sub-pump. I love this company, and would highly recommend them.

The estimates were accurate, the work was completed as discussed and the owner is reliable.

I contacted Edram Construction after my windows started leaking. Edvin, the owner, came that afternoon to assess the situation and provided his recommendations and estimates.They came out a few days later and completed the work. The crew was on time, and very professional. It is clear that they take pride in their work. It was an extremely positive experience - I would definitely hire again!

It was okay. There was a delay in getting the service scheduled because he said he was over booked. When he did come we consulted over what we could do to fix my closet doors. Two different approaches and the door was fixed. I don't think he was comfortable with the work or the route I chose to take.

Contractor said he would give me an estimate on the work to be done. Waited for a response, then called him. He claimed he had sent me a proposal. I never got it and gave up contacting him.

The painting job was just fine, but unfortunately their crew used "simple green" cleaner to remove the paint drops and spackling that got on our hardwood floors throughout the home. This cleaner interacted badly with the floor stain, and caused streaking and a cloudy film on the floors in every room. We had to clean the floors at least 3 x each and and re-stain in places to fix the situation. Otherwise, this provider would have received an overall A rating.

Everything started out fine. Contractor contacted me promptly and scheduled a time to do a estimate of the repairs that I wanted done. The night of the estimate he showed up 30 minutes late. I didn't mind at the time because traffic is always hectic in the evening. He provide me an estimate of $875.00 and I asked if he could do any better because the job wasn't that large. He countered with an estimate of $850.00. I told him that I would talk it over with my wife and get back to him. I honestly thought it was pretty pricey but I wasn't having a lot of luck getting people to come out to the house for estimates. After speaking to my wife we decided to go ahead and try the company and get the job completed. The work was scheduled to be completed on 6-18-15 at 11:00 am. I waiting till 11:30 and then texted him to see what was going on. He told me that he was running late and would be there in 30 minutes. He didn't even call to inform us that he was running late. When he finally showed up at 12:30 his crew got right to work. They seemed very rushed while working and finished up around 5:45. Once I got home I noticed I few issues that I wanted to have addressed. One was the patch going up my stairs that was not sanded down to finish and the other was the replacement border in the bathroom was not the same size as the original border and did not match up. The next day I received a text message from him asking how I felt about the work. When I told him about the concerns I had he told me that I would have to pay extra to have him come back out to fix the borders that didn't match up but he would fix the drywall repairs . I asked when he would return and he said he would contact me first thing the next Monday and I still have not heard back, even after I tried to contact him myself twice. The last problem occurred when I tried to pain the bathroom. As soon as I rolled the first coat of primer on the wall a big flake of the mud fell of and now there is a hole in the wall. Regardless I feel horrible knowing that I paid a lot of money for a job that was not completed and will not be remedied. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

He did a wonderful job. They did a beautiful job. I like the quality; the work was great. They were efficient, extremely pleasant and great to work with. They bought the supplies and I reimbursed them. It was just super easy. They were a wonderful and sweet people. I wanted to use them again because they did a great job on the garage.

I had been having drainage problems in my backyard and over the years water had rotted out the sill and in heavy periods of rain the water found its way into the basement. I signed up for the Big Deal from Edram Construction for $199 of six hours of carpentry services. I contacted Edram Construction and I described the problem to Edwin and we made an appointment. At that time Edwin informed me that the Big Deal included no costs for materials and if the job went beyond the Big Deal hours the labor rate was $50 an hour. On April 10, Edwin and his helper arrived at 7:30 AM and got right to work removing the old threshold and removing the rotted wood. After about an hour Edwin informed me that he needed to find materials at the closest home improvement supply store. At this point he wished to confirm the fact that the materials were my expense and I was in agreement with that.Edwin and his helper were gone almost an hour and on his return he informed me that my metal threshold of almost 40 years was no longer the standard size. Edwin said he would have had to special order a new metal threshold and I agreed with his decision to just reinstall the old threshold (thankfully he had the foresight not to damage it). The problem I had was that I was charged $100 for that hour when Edwin and his helper were on the search for materials.Obviously Edwin needed to be compensated for his time but I thought also picking up the helper's time was somewhat unfair. Edwin and his helper went back to work and finished at about 11:30. They did quality work and I was very pleased with the outcome. The fit between the bottom of the door and the top of the threshold was good and Edwin had used a sealant on the exterior where the bottom of the sill met the floor of my retaining walls. When Edwin submitted his final bill he charged me for the materials but he also charged me an additional $100 explaining it was $50 an hour for each additional man. I will take some of the blame for this misunderstanding of the labor charges but I do question whether the helper had the same level of experience and skills to be making the same labor rate as Edwin. In the end I was very satisfied with the work and had to give Edwin an excellent rating for that. Given the other circumstances I did not feel like I could give Edram Construction an Overall Rating of Excellent.

It went fine. They did a good job for what they were doing.

I used the Angie's list special of 6 hours of handyman service (in my case 3 guys x 2 hrs). The fine print is that the homeowner provides the supplies. In my case I didn't know what was needed on the window frame until they came and diagnosed the problem. It took time to get the supplies while they did what they could on the other repairs. They did a pretty good job but it took a little extra time.

Edvin and his crew are fantastic, we needed some repairs and last minute items done in order to list our house. Edvin came by to give us an estimate, which he not only priced on the spot but also was extremely reasonable for the amount of work we needed. They painted 6 rooms, walls, trims and ceilings, removed and repaired our hallway grout, took out a built in loft and repaired all the walls and wiring. They also came in and removed and replaced all the carpet in the house. This all happened in the span of 4 days. Not only was the work quick but it was well done. Our Realtor begged for his number. Edvin also made several recommendations that we had not thought of based on his experience preparing houses for market. I would hire them again in a heart beat. They work hard, are extremely nice and punctual. We had several broken doors which Edvin fixed instead of replacing saving us quite a bit of money, I'd challenge anyone to know they where fixed and not new. Excellent, Excellent work!

The contractor used mortar in between the stones and when it dried it look horrible. The mortar is all over the slate stones and is cracking in between the stones. I have tried and tried to contact Evin, the owner, and he finally came out and power washed the patio and sidewalk. This did nothing. I did some research and found that mortar should never be used for this type of job. Since the power washing, Edvin will not return my calls. In the last voicemail message I left, I said that if he did not fix my patio and sidewalk, I was taking him to court. I am in the process of getting estimates for another contractor to fix or replace my patio and sidewalk. The cost will be over $1200. I will be filing a complaint in a small claims court to recoup the cost of the repair. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this shoddy work and the contractor's refusal to properly fix it. Again, I highly recommend that you do not hire this contractor.

I contacted them and they never got back with me. I am requesting a refund.

Overall - very well. I had a little bit of sticker shock at first - but a good deal of the problem area was covered and hidden. I had not realized how extensive it was. The 3-man team arrived 15 minutes earlier than planned. They came in and assessed the foreman assessed the work and explained what needed to occur. Once the work started - they stayed on task right up until they finished. Since the work involved windows - at least one of the crew spent a god bit of time outside and the space they were working in was fairly cold during the time the windows were removed. They did not finish until after sunset - but were very careful about inspecting the work to make sure they had not missed anything. They were also very thorough in cleaning up when they were done.

I purchased a Big Deal on Angie?s List this week and I got a good one. While I sent the short list of items that required repairing, my biggest concern was the wall hung "floating" bathroom vanity cabinet and sink that only a few days before had seriously separated from the wall, I was really concerned. Edvin R. of Edram Construction and I exchanged messages and within two days he arrived precisely when promised. Frankly, I was impressed by the way he carefully examined the condition/installation of the sink/vanity cabinet and since I?m the kind of client that wants to know why and how, I?m appreciative of his clear explanations to me on what had not occurred during the prior contractor?s installation. There was no exaggeration on his part, he not only showed me he explained his plan for repair and got my concurrence. He did exactly what we discussed. Simply put the vanity cabinet broke in the back under the weight of the approximately 60 lb. sink. The weight of the sink needed to be transferred to the studs. An Italian made Nameek vanity I paid a lot of money for had broken in the back and the vanity?s sides compromised. This was no quick fix. Ed really did step up, he carefully removed everything got the sink properly installed on the studs and repaired/replaced/reinforced the vanity?s back and sides. Looks great plus it?s now actually safe. So glad to have found such a knowledgeable contractor. He is meticulous about his work and it?s clear he takes pride in a job well done. He?s the kind of contractor that doesn't want a call back for shoddy work rather he wants repeat clients with calls back for more work. He's earned my trust. Ed quickly took care of the toilet paper holder, put a new silicon bead where needed, (not just the sink area), tightened down a loose outlet at sink and repaired/reinforced the kitchen cabinet door that was pulling away from its slider. The most used cabinet in the kitchen, it contains the trash bin. I really like his work ethic. We talked about future work, the need for permit and insurance and his return to replace a front porch handrail and post, as well as to talk about a planned basement remodel. I?m a happy homeowner today! One more note? the weather forecast called for about 5 to 6? of snow. We got about a foot, but Ed was determined to make sure he completed my indoors list and that I was happy with the work before he left. I give Edvin R and Edmar Construction my highest recommendations.

Service Provider contacted me and said it was too far for him to complete the work but knew of someone in the area who could complete the work. Last week he was supposed to call me back to send someone else and now again I have been stood up. Requested a refund through Angie's List.
