The team was very professional. They were very polite and personable as well. They put down tarps to protect the carpeting and cleaned up all debris that resulted from their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Everything went well except for a few minor problems related to the construction of the house, not their work. They quickly figured out what needed to be done to make the job right. Everything looks great. I need some major repair work performed on my roof and deck. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them to work for me again.

When I purchased the deal, I sent him a list of things I needed done. He contacted me to tell me that it would be $1000, even though he hadn't even looked at anything yet. When he got here, he then quoted that it would be $1300. He told me that he could only give me $100 off the work because Angie's List hadn't paid him and they were only going to give him $100. He didn't communicate his needs very well. He worked on my stairwell and there was a plastic piece that he said needed to be replaced. He sent me to the store to get it and I came back with two of the same thing. He cut them and tried to use them, but told me later that I had bought the wrong thing. If I had bought the wrong thing, why didn't he tell me that in the first place? I could have returned them both. Instead, he cut them and tried to use them, so I couldn't return them. It took him 4 hours to do just the stairs. If he couldn't do them, he should have told me that to start. I ended up paying him $1300 for the whole thing.

Spoke to Edram General Construction LLC about scheduling for deal I purchased. I didn’t feel comfortable on how they are going to proceed to add charges to the deal I already purchased Maybe. He kept telling me that it could cost more. It seemed like it was a warning that the little job that I need done is going to cost more without even looking at the job I need or the materials. I am going to look elsewhere.

Fast and efficient. Very responsive and punctual. Quality of work was very good. Would recommend.

He gave me a quote on Saturday and started the job Monday. He is very prompted and job looks awesome

It went incredibly smoothly. Edram contacted me via phone call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. This was a VERY last minute job, and he responded to my request promptly and charged me reasonably considering the rushed nature of the job. When Edram and his two painters arrived, the gallery was immediately covered in drop cloth, lined with blue painter's tape and the work began. Our space has several odds about it, and Edram's team worked meticulously to complete the project, and did a very professional and thorough job. They worked very efficiently and only had to use one layer of paint to cover the white walls. With three of them painting, they were out within three hours. I highly recommend Edram; his knowledge about appropriate paints and how to execute a job quickly was very impressive.

Edvin and EDRAM General Construction did a top quality job on some roofing, exterior painting and building a tricky custom door for a gate. Edvin and his crew are courteous, prompt and professional. They completed the work on time and cleaned up after the job. Edvin is a good bet for your construction needs.

I had mixed emotions about it. The price of the deal was great but I got a $99 paint job. The paint near the ceiling was uneven. The 2 men that came were very polite and very professional. I felt the deal was a way for them to drum up new business. They came out right away and scheduled me immediately. They also told me to buy 2 gallons of paint and they did not even use one gallon, and also wanted me to buy them a 12 inch roller that they did not even use but I was able to take that back to the store. The estimate was not correct of what they originally told me and it cost more than what I expected.

Edvin gave us a quote on the spot two days prior to commencing the work. He showed up at the agreed upon time, did an excellent job of addressing all the items we discussed and all his workers were polite and courteous. Edvin also blew insulation in our attic and brought us up to R60 which will hopefully help our heating bill in the winter. Edvin went above and beyond in painting the repaired areas in multiple rooms with our old paint. He and his crew also worked most of a Saturday to complete the work. Edvin's a great guy and he and his crew are hard workers that you can count on and trust. They also did a good job cleaning up after the work was done. Edvin is that guy you hope to find to trust to do things around your house at a reasonable price. I have a number of other tasks slated for him and I highly recommend him.

I appreciated the quality and professionalism of Edram General Construction. We were at a loss as to how to do everything ourselves and Edvin made us feel that we had made the right choice turning some things over to someone else to do.

Edram General Construction provided interior house painting for my house. Edvin Ramirez was on the site each day and he and his crew were professional and on time. When I originally called for a price quote he came out on a holiday to provide me with a quote. They were personable, neat and clean, and their work and quality of their work was fantastic. I am sure I will use them again.

I attempted to paint the sunroom in my house and quickly discovered I was way over my head and couldn't possibly tackle the job alone. In a mild panic, I searched for local painters and found Edram General. I called Edram and within an hour he arrived with a helper, quoted a price and 8 hours later, finished the job. His work was professional and the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend his company.

While the inital scheduling was a little rocky, I found the crew to be friendly and professional. While they were here, I asked about some drywall repair (settlement cracks and lifting drywall tape) that is an issue in all of the upstairs bedrooms and master bath. The crew immediately told me what was wrong, what needed to be done and offered what seemed to me as a very reasonable quote. Then, they performed the work immediately! Time will tell whether the issue is permanently fixed, but initially, the work looks good.

The paint job lasted about a week (6-7 days). It was a big job since, the entire house was to be painted. One of the owners, Edvin, was on site for all of the days. I appreciated the fact that the owner was there an attentive to all directions and concerns that I had. The final product was very good and I was very satisfied with the level of attentiveness, that Edvin spent on my concerns. I was a bit anal with his work and also it was my first, major paint contract, that I extended. Furthermore, Edvin returned after the completion of the job in order to do some touch-up work. I appreciated his level of detail on his business and it showed in his workmanship. Highly recommend, he was very punctual as well.

Started right away after contract was signed. Came in with 3 men and worked steady from 8am to 5pm for two days and came back on a Saturday and finished the rest in half day. Very careful of the house hold furnishing and covered all necessary areas. There was more repair work than originally thought and some more areas where added. (base boards where repainted) The only bummer was that we didn't anticipate so much spackling and were not prepared for the resulting dust. Next time we would take care to close off the areas of the house not being worked.
