Description of Work: They replaced two panels on the side of my garage door and painted the panels and the top trim of the garage door. They also put in two long 2x4 at the bottom of the side fence. They didn't take away the old rotted panels, but left the debris at the side of my house. I later learned that they were supposed to have taken the debris away as part of their license. I'm not happy because the job cost more than what I'd expected. I didn't think I got a good deal. The job they did was adequate.

Description of Work: We purchased a 'big deal' to replace a wooden post on the porch and some wooden exterior siding. The work was for 6 hours (2 men @ 3 hrs each). They arrived an hour late due to traffic, but called to let us know their ETA. After they arrived they assessed what needed to be done and gave us a shopping list. We had to hurry to Home Depot to purchase wood (4x4x8) to prop up the porch so that the rotten post could be replaced. We were a bit surprised that they did not come prepared to prop up the porch to replace a standard 8' post. We also had to purchase plywood, nails, screws, sealant, and paint. They did a good job replacing the rotten wood. The job required an extra hour to paint the wood.

Description of Work: The work was for 6 hours (2 men @3 hours each) to repair / replace the wood rot found on an Outside door frame and to replace two side wall dryer / exhaust vents. The crew came on time and was knowledgably to do the work. It was originally expected to get the work done in the allowed time, but it took an extra 2 hours to complete all task.

Description of Work: Well it started as a $99 bedroom painting. They did a good job with it, so I had them paint the whole downstairs. They did a good job with that so I had them repair two porches on the house that were rotting. By the time it was all done, I could have bought a used car for what I paid them. But the house is in good shape and I am happy.

Description of Work: I told them what I wanted done and they said that is beyond the scope of what they do. Great response, no problem on my part. Just requesting a refund.
