Description of Work: ER Roofing 12-19-2012 I highly recommend ER Roofing and Elliott Wireman the owner of the company. Elliott and his hard working crew installed a 3,641 square foot roof on our home in Ellicott City, on time, on budget, at high quality. Elliott accomplished the two things that he said he was best at, excellent roofing and customer satisfaction. Elliott was the first company to respond to my email requesting a quotation for a new roof. He came to our home, precisely on time, explained his product, the several materials that are involved in the roof system, left brochures and samples, and was on his way in less than 30 minutes. He followed up with a proposal and a clear, uncomplicated one page contract. On his second visit he gave us a firm date to do the work which would take two days to complete. His price was competitive and he specified the exact same materials and guarantee that others bid at a higher price. We signed a contract on that second visit and paid one third of the contract price in advance. Elliott fulfilled each an every promise that he made to us. He called 2 days in advance of the work date to assure us that they would be on site at 7 AM Monday morning. His and crew of 5 were early and on the roof right at 7 AM. The materials arrived at 7:30 by as second supply company. ER Roofing worked until 5 PM with one 30 min. lunch break. They did the same on day two and cleaned up spotlessly at completion. All around the house was fully protected including the deck. The crew was mannerly and respectful in all ways. They even asked permission before plugging in their power tools to the outside AC outlets. Elliott provided the exact materials that he specified and finished in precisely 2 days. The crew worked safely, always tied off on the roof slopes, and there were no accidents or near misses of any kind. Elliott called the day after completion to see if there was anything that he needed to change and to be sure that we were totally satisfied. All was well and I sent final payment right after the call. It was a pleasure working with Elliott Wireman and ER Roofing. Everything was exactly as promised; high value, and safely performed by a hustling hard working team.

Description of Work: This is the third time I have used E.R. Roofing Company. I have written about my positive experience with the company before. On this occasion, they re-did the entire roof section of my covered outside porch. This included the removal and replacement of water-damaged plywood. Four men were onsite, including the owner Elliott. All of the men were personable and easy to interact with. They did excellent work, they fully cleaned up and removed all the old roofing, and the price was right. Indeed, I appreciated the fact that Elliott was open to negotiation over the final price. I believe I got a good deal. All in all, I am happy that I contracted with them again, and would recommend them for your consideration.

Description of Work: Expeditiously responded to initial call and provided reasonable and fair estimate within a couple of days of call. Estimate provided detail scope of work and was accepted. He repaired the leak in porch roof. Total time from iniial call to repair date was within one week. Very professional, gerat personality/attitute and very rsponsive. He left no residue for us to clean up. Highly recommended and will certainly use him again in the event that we experience another roofing problem.
