Found a leak. They found my theory to be correct on where the leak was and replaced some gaskets and nails. The leak stopped. Also gave a quote on a replacement. Would hire again.

No babysitting this company, they were on it! My only issues was getting the owner on the phone and the crew had their children on site?

Hired them to replace siding and sliding glass patio doors and paint/repair trim. Elliott worked with me to get approval from HOA and work out detail and scheduling of project. He is very responsive by phone, but also responsive by email (with more of a delay as he is out on job sites a lot). Workers came, acted professionally, consulted us about any issues that arose, and the job was done within 1/2 day of the estimated time. The siding and house looks very nice, and the doors are well-installed and much better than our old ones. We are really pleased with the job they did.

These guys just replaced our roof in Bethesda. It was a very large project. 12,000 sq feet. After meeting with Elliott I knew I was going to hire them to replace our roof. He described how the job would go, what was going to be done and how. When the job started, he was on site, the crew was very professional and neat. When they finished everything was inspected and looks great. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and kept to the time line we discussed. I would hire them again in a heart beat

A previous company had missed all the ones that the craftsman from E.R. Roofing found; and he also added a new vent cap and showed us all of the lint build up found on the old one. It's been about a month now and no more leaks! The craftsman was very professional, efficient, and took the time to explain things to us. We highly recommend this company for home projects.

Very thorough examination of the roof and specific and straight forward in what needed to be done. The estimate was clear and provided a lot of details. Offered a variety of choices in materials and warranties with no pressure sales. Communicated throughout the whole process and was very responsive to questions. The work crew were on time, worked very hard and were efficient in their jobs. The entire job site was cleaned up to the state it was before they arrived. We are thrilled with our new roof and the job that ER Roofing did for us. Would highly recommend to others.

Excellent. Elliot's presentation was professional and succinct and covered all the major aspects of the product. He readily answered all my questions. E R Roofing performed the task on our 4 Bedroom Dutch Colonial Home in less than 2 days. Workmanship from what I can see from the ground is very good. My wife, Mary, commented on how much better the house looks with the new roof. Did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard after work was completed.

I called and left a message requesting an estimate. My phone call was not acknowledged; I never got any response from this company.

It was a communication headache! I had to initiate contact (they did not contact me once the purchase was made) and the communication issues began from there. I purchased the roof in July and it took several months to even get a sample of tile colors to choose from. Then it took several more weeks to get a contract e-mailed to me. There were some issues with the math in the contract and I had some questions about the extra charges and e-mailed the owner asking for clarification. He never responded. I called him a few weeks later and he said that he had responded, but the e-mail bounced back and he wasn't going to bicker with me over the extra charges. I told him that I had no interest in bickering, but he should be able to answer my questions about the contract. I gave him a second e-mail and asked him to please respond to both e-mails in case it "bounced back" again. Never heard from him. I finally just called Angie's List and cancelled the purchase. As a review of Angie's List, the customer rep who helped me resolve this issue was fantastic! Very helpful, courteous, and thorough.

Reached business owner who provided a timely estimate (i.e., short time after I reached him). He agreed to a competitive bid price, and we scheduled the work. He became ill on the day the work was scheduled, and did not come. Unfortunately he did not call either. He came early in the following week when he was feeling better. Rescheduling is fine, but recommend he notify his customers of such.

Elliott and his team replaced our roof for us in the fall. The original roof was cedar shake with space sheathing. They had to put down plywood first before the new roofing could be installed. Elliott answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns before and throughout the project. The roof was installed properly and met our expectations. The crew worked two straight days to get the job done within the schedule they had proposed. Their price was reasonable. We had gotten multiple quotes for the job and found E R roofing had the best proposal for the combination of quality of material used, price and time frame for getting the job done. Will highly recommend them.

They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do and cleaned up the job site everyday. They completed the job when they said they would and everything looks great
