Description of Work: First, it was difficult getting an appointment set up to do an estimate. I had to ping them multiple times to remind them. After the estimate, we set up a time to perform the service (replace sheeting around chimney). They did not show up that day. The excuse was a broken down truck. They rescheduled for later in the week, and did not show. Then, they stopped answering my phone calls. | |I suspect they underbid the work, and just didn't want to perform it.

Description of Work: They were very responsive and came the same day to evaluate and the next day for a minor roof repair. While here I had them repair some damage to the wood over my garage which had been caused by the earthquake a number of years bag. They quoted a reasonable price and did a very good job.

Description of Work: Had to have some strips of aluminum on the section directly below the roof but above the siding on the sides of the house repaired and replaced because of wind damage. It seems the original builder did a really horrible job on all of the houses on my side of the street and the pieces were not secured well enough. These guys were a half hour late at least and I understand stuff happens. I did get a call from their main contact saying the crew was a little behind and were on their way. I liked that. When they got here, they came to me to scope out the work to be done and went to work right away! Everything turned out fine and still looks good! I walked around after initial completion and found where they forgot to tie down a couple of spots but they had no problem pulling the gear and tools back out and going right back up there to fix it (It's a two-story house with a basement! Too high for me to deal with alone!!)!!! Plus, they sure were fast and seemed to really know what they were doing. Definitely would use them again. Really nice folks.

Description of Work: ER roofing did a fantastic job. I know enough about construction and roofing to know they did not cut corners. The ice dam product was applied in all the right places and the flashing work around the chimenys was super neat. My roof was almost 4000 sq ft and they removed my old roof and installed the new one in two days. | |Not only would I recomend them to anyone looking for a new roof, but I also have rental property that I am planning on hiring them for when I replace the roof. | |

Description of Work: After reading the reviews I was very enthusiastic about having them repair a problem with my roof. Sadly, when I checked the company web page, I realized that they do not serve our zip code (Bethesda) even though they do serve the northern part of the county. Considering the distance they would have to come and the traffic, I can certainly understand why. If you live in Montgomery county, check the website to see the zip code they cover.

Description of Work: The roofer made an appointment to come on a Saturday. He never came, never called to cancel, and never returned any of the subsequent messages I left at his office phone to reschedule. My guess is that he underbid and wasn't interested when his workload picked up and hoped if he ignored it, I would just go away. I told him on my last call if I didn't hear from him, I was contacting Visa and Angie's List to get a refund. That was two weeks ago. Not a peep. If I heard back from him, I would have waited until he was free, but the fact that he was unreachable and I had already paid, discouraged me. Visa said it would be better to go through you to get the credit.
