Description of Work: ER Roofing installed a complete new roof on my home. Total roof area is 2,835 sq. ft. They removed the old shingles and underlayment; installed new Diamond Deck synthetic underlayment; Certaintied Landmark Pro 50 year architectural shingles; flashing; pipe collars; winter guard on all eves, valleys and roof penetrations; ridge vents and ridge cap shingles; drip edge on all eaves and rakes of roof; and provided a 50 year warranty backed-up by Certaintied. They put down tarps all around the house and thoroughly cleaned-up including picking-up nails with a magnetic roller. They did it all in one day in late December. The owner, Elliott, couldn't have been easier to work with. His staff was all very polite and friendly. Everything went as promised. No drama at all. They installed the roof about a month ago. I couldn't be more pleased.

Description of Work: I contracted with E.R. Roofing to replace our 18 year old Tamco roof with CertainTeed Landmark series roof. There pricing for the task was very competitive and their work was very good. I had to have them return earlier this year after we detected a slight leak in the attic; they came by to determine the origin of the leak and found an improperly installed ridge vent - which they subsequently replaced. Good work, fair price, stand by their work!

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal and later called for an appointment which I was able to make for the next business day. Elliot gave me a call after he finished his previous job and let me know he was coming. Once he arrived he quickly got to work inspecting the roof and nailing down some shingles that become loose. Afterward he informed me of a board on my adjoining neighbors townhouse that was rotting and would affect my flashing. It was a good experience and I would use them again.
