They did a great job.Elliott the owner came to our houseand personally answered all of my many questions. He was very knowledgeable.He recommended ice and waterguard sheathing on the part of the roof that was at risk for that. He did this even before we explained that in the past we had had an ice dam on our roof with extensive water damage to our interior walls and the ice and water sheath would avoid that happening again. He put down our architectural shingle roof expertly in about 11/2 days with a large crew and the shingles were delivered right onto the roof with a crane. My screened in porch was included in the roofing and as a separate good quote he replaced rotten frames in the skylights and put in new skylights. The roofing part of the job cost about $2000 less than a friend with the same model house I have and who put regular shingles. I was referred to him by a neighbor and am so glad I went with him. I recommended ER Roofing to my brother.and he hired him and my brother was very pleased with the work also and the price to redo his roof.. I highly recommend ER Roofing.

Everything went great! These guys are always working in our neighborhood, they were doing my neighbors roof and I asked for a quote. Once we agreed on a contract they scheduled the roof and took care of it in one day. Everything went flawlessly and the roof looks great!

We had to replace our roof due to storm damage, Derek came out and measured the roof, I had a quote a day later and two weeks later we had our new roof. When I left for work the crew was just setting up, when I got home everything was done and cleaned up and no leaks so far!

I have used these guys three times so far. We get a lot of wind and recently had a few shingles and a piece of siding fly off. They showed up first thing in the morning as we discussed and had everything finished by the time I had to leave with my kids.

I hired these guys to do my roof, siding and gutters. Its not a big house and they were done the roof in one day and siding in 3 days. Everyday I came home from work I was impressed with the amount of work that was done and how neat the jobsite was.

We live on a hill and get hit by a lot of wind. I have used them one time before a few years ago. Recently I had a few pieces of siding come off and a few shingles. I called them and they scheduled to come and fix it. Twice we had to reschedule because of weather. Each time Elliott called me and let me know. I know we will have more wind damage at some point and I know who to call to fix it

I asked a friend of mine who is a contractor who I should call to replace my roof and gutters after I had some storm damage. He recommended I call E.R. Roofing, so I did. Elliott came out, he walked me through the entire process, explained the products they would use and how the job was to be done. It rained the day they were suppose to come. I received a phone call letting me know they wouldn't be there and that they would be there the next day. They showed up as I was leaving for work and when I got home the roof and gutters were completed. Everything was completed and cleaned up.

Do not hire! Replaced flat roof for small entrance portico. Roof leaked. He also made one attempt to fix the work he did by caulking. Unfortunately that was not successful. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact Elliott and he never returned my calls. He did reply to text messages that he would come out, but was always a no show. Trying to get him to come back is a waste of your time. I will now have to look for another company.

Derek and his crew arrived on time, provided a short term and long term solutions. the issue was fixed timely and shows me before and after pictures. I am happy with their service.

I have a busy schedule. These guys were able to handle everything with out interruption to my day. I Hired these guys years ago to replace a roof on my 150 year old house. Hired them again to do siding, windows and roof at my new house. I will hire again whenever the situation comes.

We had a roof leak from our Master Bathroom ceiling. They inspected the roof and mentioned that they couldn't tell where the leak is from. They didn't even enter the house to trace where the leak is coming from. Charged $250 for 10 minutes of work. The ceiling continued to leak. I spoke to them several times after that and they repeatedly kept delaying and avoiding coming back. Such a waste of time. Would never hire them again.

Amazing service! I had my windows and roof replaced. Very professional and answered all of my questions. They left the job very clean and had it done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend ER roofing!

We hired them to replace all of siding and a few sections of flat roofing. These guys did a great Job. Elliott came out, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions when we asked. At no time did me or my husband feel any type of sales pressure from him. We hired them to redo all the siding, trim, gutters and two sections of flat roofing. All members of the crew were fantastic. They cleaned up the job everyday and even moved all the patio furniture back when they were finished. We have gotten so many compliments on our new siding.

After the replacement of the sunroom roof I had leaks in the same places before. It took several phone calls and email messages escalating to threats of bad reviews and small claims court before Elliott came back to fix the roof. Instead of agreeing on a time to come look at the roof he came over without telling me, hoped over a 6 foot fence and fixed the roof. After the patch job (which frankly I'm not even sure was in the right place because I never talked with him about it) the roof continued to leak. My latest round of phone calls and emails have not been returned. Meanwhile it is the rainiest year in history and I have a lot of moldy drywall. I think the soffit wrapping work they did for me is fine, but the roofing job has been shameful.

Great - they were able to schedule me within a few days of calling. Scott showed up right on time and the office called to let me know he was on his way. He understood exactly what the problem was and completed the repair in an hour. Very fair price.

It went pretty well. I can highly recommend them.

Within the first week or two there were some leaks in the front room, bedroom, upstairs stairway and in the kitchen. The company has come out several times to do patch work but the problem still exists. Now its gotten worse as its in the middle bedroom, upstairs hallway and mainly our kitchen. Its damaging our ceiling. I've been leaving message after message but their voicemail box is full. He called me by mistake last week possibly thinking I was a new customer but I advised who I was and saying I've been trying to call him. He said he called me by mistake and would call me on Wednesday but he never did. He's fully aware of this issue.

Elliott initially reposnsive and completed the work in a timely fashion. The work was completed on 10/18/2018. He stated he would email an invoice if the completed work. As of 10/26/2018 I have yet to receive the invoice after two calls and two texts over the course of this week.

I bought the service through Angie's List. It took E R Roofing quite some time to respond to me and set up an appointment. I did tell them when I make the purchase that I was not in a hurry. After the appointment is made, the technician came on time and did the job very quickly. He also showed me the pictures of the work he did and had some recommendations as well. Very happy with the work.

I called E R Roofing to request work on my roof and trim. Elliot asked me to text him pictures of all the damaged areas; and he responded back later that evening with a quote and a suggested date to perform repairs. He came out as scheduled and performed the repairs. Work was performed professionally, and looks nice. Materials and labor were all performed for the original quote.

We hired this company to install insulation and gutters for our house. We were originally generally happy with their work aside from a few details like trash being left behind and edge strip missing. A few month later we had a home inspection done and the inspector told us that one of the downspouts had been placed such that there was large amounts of water going towards our foundation and crawl space. I e-mailed, called and texted the company owner to come and fix the issue. He said it would take them 10 minutes and that he would come, even giving us a date. He never showed up and did not respond to our correspondences. We were forced to figure out the situation ourselves. The inspector also pointed out that there was no caulking between the siding and the brick wall of our house which we will also have to take care of. Very disappointed after initially positive interactions with this company and its owner.

Sent them a message on Angie's List for more information and an estimate and they never replied.

Elliot and his team were very professional, and very reasonably priced. We received estimates from other roofing companies for the exact same materials and scope of work, and ER Roofing was the best priced by at least $400. I still haven't found any nails or debris left over from the job. Nicely done. Would recommend.

Repairs made in great time, work appears to be of good quality. Maintenance check of remainder of roofing done, but did not receive photos as requested of work done. Communication wasn't always the best.

I called Elliot and he had technicians come out the next morning to complete the repair and inspect the roof. Elliot and his technicians were extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
