He is very good. He doesn't mind getting on the ladder and was able to finish it in 10 minutes. He takes a picture of whatever he sees so you know what he's working on before he gets to work which makes me comfortable. He's done 3 different things for me. He is very reasonable and fair.

He is very professional. He did a fabolous job, cleaned up. His price was better than most. I would highly recommend them.

We noticed a small leak in our roof and wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible since there has been so much rain. We called on Thursday and were able to get an appt for the next day at 2:00. They told us that if they weren't able to make it by 2 that they would call and let us know. We were at work and didn't hear from them so we assumed they had come. We arrived home at 4:30 and found that they hadn't come. We called at 4:30 to find out if/when they were coming or what was going on, and our call went to voicemail. We left a message stating that our appt time was at 2 and that we would like a call back to let us know when they would be there. We never received a call back. It poured down rain that night and we experienced more water damage..had we made an appt with a professional company instead of these folks the problem could have been fixed in time, but instead we lost a whole weekend to it. To stand up your customers, not call, and not even return a phone call is highly unprofessional and I would never contact this company again.

It went very well. They were very quick to do an estimate and did the job very quickly. They did the job really well. Overall very good.

Booking the service is pretty easy. I called a couple days in advance and was able to book it for the date I wanted. I ordered a $250 maintainance package. The technician arrived on time and performed inspection first. I was told a portion of the ridge cap was missing and will charge me $175 for getting a new one installed. After I o.k.ed the price, the technician left to get the ridge cap, came back in 1 hr and have it installed in 30 min. Everything went pretty smoothly. The technican seems to be knowledgable.

Very good punctuality & service... we had some minor roof repair (new flashing installed and a seam re-nailed). Knocking off a point for professionalism simply because the technician that was sent out was obviously looking for side work / to deal under the table a bit. That's not our style, and he politely did everything to our specifications & we are very pleased with the end result of the repair.

E.R. Roofing replaced the shingles, gutters, and porch railing on my townhouse. They were great to work with, especially given that I am not physically located in Maryland anymore, so all arrangements were done long distance. The roofing job was straight forward, but in addition to that and the gutters, the original wooden porch railing needed to be replaced. Elliott was able to install a new vinyl railing product. E.R. Roofing showed up on time and worked quickly. Elliott was very responsive and answered my calls right away. After they installed it, the railing was a bit loose, but I talked with Elliott and he came back and was able to steady it with an adhesive compound. Now I am more than satisfied with the job. I'm pleased with the contractor and the work. Of all the contractors to provide an estimate, Elliott was the most thorough and the only one to actually go up onto my roof. The communication was good from start to finish, the work was done on time, the work looks great, and the clean-up afterwards was thorough. I will recommend E R Roofing to others.

No complaints about the quality, responsiveness, punctuality, or professionalism. I called on Monday and the work was complete Wednesday. The work was complete by one guy with a 30ft ladder in about 2 hours. The price seemed a bit high even for the Montgomery County area.

Everything went well, and we are very happy we chose Elliott and his company. He agreed to come back later to fix a minor issue and worked around our schedule. We would recommend ER Roofing for roof replacement and sidings without hesitation.

Elliot promptly came out when he said he would and efficiently explained everything he would do. They started the work at the time and date they said they would and completed the job in the time they gave me. The roof looks great and they cleaned the work area completely. We found them on Angie's List. It was a small job. It was really a get it done now or ends up with big problems. We don't let things get spoiled. They were very punctual and very prompt in terms of responding to the calls. Secondly, they came back the next day and did the work. It was excellent and that was it. I appreciate their responsiveness and the work done. They are the best and they did a nice job.

He did a very good job, and at first we were skeptical because many other contractors have worked on the leak in our roof, but he was the only one who was able to fix it! He was expremely professional, he was on time, and honest and straightfoward. The job took longer than expected, but he stuck to the original price he gave.

I called elliott because i needed my gutters cleaned. When he showed up to my house to clean my gutters we started talking about the trim on my garage. It was starting to rot! Elliott was very polite and explained to me that he could replace that trim for me. He did some measuring and sent me an email the next day with a quote and a couple different options. He ended up replacing the trim with pvc trim instead of wood, it looks exactly the same as my other trim and it will never rot or need painting. We scheduled a date to have the job done and it looks great!! I was really happy with E.R. roofing and WILL USE THEM AGAIN!

Honestly was disappointed with this firm. He was a no show for our scheduled appointment. He even warned that if I don't show up, just call me back. Maybe he need to get a pencil and paper to remind himself of his promises.

Elliott was responsive, professional and polite from start to finish. His crew was great. The work was done when he said it would be and the cost was very reasonable. We had a couple of small things that we asked to have improved and it was done immediately. The work looks terrific - looks like a new house. I would absolutely recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

The owner is Elliot Wiseman. It was actually a terrible experience I borderline went into legal issues with him. He really didn’t do the job that I wanted him to do. In the end we settled down on a lower price, but it’s still not right, so I’m convinced that he’s really a kind of a hack and I’m very disappointed with the whole service. I have also used a couple of other people on other occasions from Angie’s List, and they were fine and I was happy with them, but this is the only outfit that I really had trouble with. The whole thing had to be redone because he didn’t do it properly, and about three months later, he came back and looked at it again. His responsiveness was very poor, he lied on many occasions. It was a brand new roof, and he actually put two holes in the roof, in the front and the back, and he had to come and fix it. I have pictures and videos to prove it and if anybody is interested in my personal opinion, I can prove and back up my stand.

In the middle of a heavy rainstorm, I called ER roofing to report a leak in our old slate roof. It was a small leak and not an emergency. They dispatched a truck that arrived in an hour and after another hour the repair was completed.

I joined Angie's list specifically to gather information on contractors for a number of projects we needed to complete. Thank you for your guidance. We liked the fact that Elliott was local, young, and building a reputation for himself. He wasn't the most expensive or the cheapest bid we had. He made us feel very comfortable about the decisions we were making and took his time, and was patient through every step. I would, and have recommended to neighbors and friends.

On the morning the work began, two of his less experienced workers arrived to start tearing up the roof while ER was at a different location to collect payment for a previous job. When ER arrived a couple of hours later, it was obvious that his staff had ripped up a perfectly good roof; the roof did not need improvement after all as it was built properly. ER insisted that I had to pay to fix the roof that had been ripped up. A few weeks later, I had a different leak on my roof around the same area which could have been attributed to the previous work ER did. I called ER, who said he will come by to check it out. He never did nor did he return any of my subsequent calls. I never heard from him again.

After receiving 3 separate estimates, we decided on E.R. Roofing. Elliot's price was a little higher than the first roofer had offered us, but we didn't think the cost was exorbitant. He was very good about calling back, was prompt on the day of estimate and on the repair day. The job was finished quickly, Elliot was very professional. We didn't have a single complaint. I would definitely use this company again, and would recommend them.

Call was placed to E.R Roofing, after a wet spot was noted in my up stairs bathroom ceiling following heavy rains. My first call was answered immediately and professionally. The gentleman that answered the phone was not only the owner, but he was actually on a roof doing repairs. After a brief conversation, he said he would call me back as soon as he got off the roof, and HE DID! We cheduled the work for the next morning, between 7am-9am. The next morning he was there at 6:50am. When he entered my home, he removed his shoes, I then showed him the wet ceiling. He proceded to the roof, made his inspection, repairs, and was done in less than an hour. THIS WAS ONE OF MY BESTEXPERIENCES WITH INSTALLATIONS/REPAIRS! I would recommend this company to anyonewho needs roof repairs or replacements.

We had major work done (roof, siding and gutters) by E.R. Roofing and we were delighted. We had 5 estimates for this work - all from contractors we located on Angie's List. E.R. Roofing was the lowest bid out of our 5 estimates. Elliott Wireman, the owner, worked side by side with his two helpers. Work started on the day promised early in the morning. Lanmark architectural shingled roof (stripping 2 layers of old shingles and replacing alot of plywood) was completed in one day. Unfortunately, we then had several days of bad weather but Elliiott worked around those days well. Certainteed Mainstreet siding with foam board insulation and Tyvek wrapping looks great as do gutters. Clean-up was good throughout the project. Dumpster was removed the morning after the project was complete. Work very professional and as promised. Would definitely recommend E.R. Roofing for roof, siding and gutter replacement.

Over all it was an Outstanding procedure. Elliot is an "on the roof" contractor, working with his crew. He handles all his phone calls and e-mails. If you use ER Roofing you are dealing with the contractor that is doing the work. Elliot does not send someone else to estimate the job, he climbs up on the roof to see what he needs. He does the estimate in a reasonable time and schedules the work. I would use him again. It would probably be the siding or repair. The roof is going to last awhile. I would recommend ER Roofing to give an estimate, Angies list subscribers get a $300.00 Coupon that I had used.
