 + -1 moreOK but I felt I didn't need a new drive and could have solved the motherboard problem with the money I spent on the new drive.
Description of Work: My PC stopped responding so I took my hard drive out and to eliminate that as the problem or verify that as the problem I took it and ask to have it checked out. I was told that their was so clicking noises and the drive was unreliable. I went through the options and rather than chance losing all the data on the drive, I was told they could make an image on a new drive for the cost of the drive plus $50 service. $25 for the check on the old drive, $106 new drive, $50 transfer fee. Upon further research realized I could put the old drive as a slave in a different PC. The old drive worked fine. The new drive did not solve the problem (motherboard failure) and was about $40 more than on the internet. I feel I was led to spend almost $160 more than was necessary to not solve the problem.

 + -1 moreThey are very pleasant and knowledgeable about what they were doing. My husband took them there and he was happy with what he got from them. The prices were good.

 + -1 moreI started using them since they are only two blocks away from me. They come to my place which is a huge plus. They are reliable and professional. They are computer geeks and give me good answers for any questions I have without beating around the bush. If they cannot figure out anything they would take it as a challenge and try and fix it. Their pricing is pretty competitive. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Computer Enhancement Systems for computer repairs. I last used them to remove a bunch of virus from my computer.
