Atlas inspected my home in February and insulated it in March 2018. They did an excellent job. Nolan was very courteous and helpful. He worked with me over several weeks to craft a solution within my budget. He went through multiple revision of the proposals and never was impatient about it. And he helped me apply to and get a discount of more than $1800 from Potomac Edison. The crew (J.P. Martinez and Van Boye and others) were professional and efficient. They very carefully taped up protective film and covered everything before applying spray foam, and they cleaned up afterwards. I also interacted with Mike (the manager?) a few times throughout the project and he is responsive and courteous as well. Highly recommend!

Everything went very well. Everyone that was sent out were extremely knowledgeable, professional and neat. They took the time to cover things properly and left the place cleaner than when they got there. I gave them a B on pricing since I did find some people who would do the work for a little less, but those companies did not have the experience or knowledge level of Atlas, and I do believe that you "get what you pay for". So I paid a little more to make sure I had experts doing the work as opposed to some bargain guy who would just change the name on his truck and disappear if he destroyed my house.

We haven't seen the Report or the Company's proposals yet, but I am confident the Report will be thorough and effectively designed to reduce our energy costs. Will report post-Report. The cost reported elsewhere in this review is for a full energy audit after an initial (free) "quickie" audit that included 14 free LED lightbulbs. We received another 14 free LED bulbs after this full audit was completed and we had paid the $100 fee. Obviously they just want to get in the door and find the energy-losing problems of the home, but that's what we signed up for. The audit fellow, Steve, was helpful and patient in answering all my questions and anticipating information that I would never have thought to ask -- all in a very meaningful, concise and layman-like way for me. I learned a lot, that I will use in the future here and elsewhere.

This was an excellent experience. The technician arrived when he said he would and was very professional in all the tasks he performed. All my questions answered all and in fact he provided amplifying information. It was a great experience. I can't recommend them high enough.

Provider was timely and had a lot of helpful tips. Changed 14 light bulbs in areas of most use. Did not need faucets or shower heads. Put in better insulation around my hot water pipe. (I had wrapped it in carpet foam, but your solution was better and looked a lot better.) I signed up for a full energy review on 28 Mar.

Fantastic! The rep was very professional and knowledgeable. All the bulbs and plumbing items I received were paid for out of my electric bill via a tax or special fund for that purpose. I think everyone should participate in this.

They did a very complete and professional job. They looked at just about every aspect of our home energy and ran tests to determine where we were loosing heat. We had a few specialized areas of concern that they were able to provide realistic solutions to.

Atlas insulated our home throughout, with foam insulation in our attic and basement, weather proofed outside doors, replaced a bathroom fan, and oversaw replacement of an old, inefficient water heater and a refrigerator. Afterwards, my home feels like a different place. I set the heat on my normal temperature, and it stays warmer in the house than previously. Workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves, and they were expert enough to address any questions I had. I'm looking forward to a lower electric bill!

Excellent. The way Atlas sealed all the cracks and later carefully filled the entire attic with fiber glass could not more professional. I was impressed by Atlas and recommend their services to anyone.

Atlas Home Energy personnel were very professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would. They ensured that floors and furniture were covered before they began insulating the attic. They cleaned up very well after the work was completed. The weather stripping and additional insulation in the attic have been very effective in keeping out drafts and have been keeping down our energy costs over the summer and winter months.

Very well. Originally contacted them to do home energy audit as part of PEPCO program. Very thorough and informative. We knew we needed insulation in the attic, and some other issues. There was no "hard sell," just clear information. The insulation work itself exceeded my expectations. The crew was very professional and informative.

Took about 5 days of intense work. Glad I didn't have to do it. They always cleaned and vacuumed after each day. Very polite, professional crew, easy to work with and around. Each day I received a full explanation of what was done and shown pictures to verify it. They showed the utmost concern for all my furniture and household, carefully placing plastic around items. My husband works from home and they easily worked around him also.

We now save at least $20 a month in electric cost! Can really feel the difference!
