We moved into a ten year old house that had been empty for two years. Replaced all appliances. Todd Anders and his sidekick did all of the above and generally inspected and fixed things that weren't working -- for example the humidifier on the furnace.

Tuesday July 12, 2011: Overall, I would say that I got what I expected. My first experience with Anders Plumbing was outstanding as was the second. Today, Anders Plumbing came for an upgrade and now, I can add a third highly satisfied Anders Plumbing experience.

Their price was very reasonable. They were on time. They were clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They made the place nice. They were professional all around. I would use them in the future.

They were great to work with. The person that they sent was clean, neat and didn't make a mess. He fixed everything he was supposed to.

Ike (plumber) came on time, took about 2 hours, cleaned up. Nice and neat job.

I've used Anders twice in the past to put in a spigot in the garden and to adjust a faucet. Expensive, but got the job done. This time I had them come over to replace a hot water heater I had purchased. He didn't think that top-of-the-line Kenmore I purchased was good enough, and recommended the brands Anders used, and even a ridiculously-priced tankless, which was obviously not required for my small family. Research showed that even though the brands Anders requested had 1/2 of the warrantee as the Kenmore and equivalent quality ratings, they were still more than twice the price. The kicker was that Anders then charged me $140 to tell me that they didn't want to put in my Kenmore. I feel like I was ripped-off, will never use them again, and don't recommend them.

Everything has gone very smoothly. They are there when thy say they are going to be there. They work fast and do first rate work. Needless to say, I am very pleased I would certainly recommend them.

I have been using them for about 15 years. I have always been happy with their service. I recommend them to my friends and clients as well. It is a small company so it is personal. They usually have the same person coming to your house, so they are familiar with you house and history. They do a good job at a fair price. I haven't had any problem with their work.

This is a small, well run business. They are very good with big dogs. Their prices are fair. They are friendly and always on time. I think they are efficient and they do a great job! I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

They are really honest and great plumbing company. Prices are fair and you really get what you pay for. There was a lot of flexibility in scheduling. They could take care of everything I wanted. Ike was the service man and took a look at anything I requested. Tammy was the office coordinator. They were both very professional and easy to work with.

Very well. The plumber was courteous, respectful and worked quickly. He was on time and gave reasonable explanations.

I had a terrific experience with this company. They showed up at the scheduled time and they went out of their way very helpful. They explained the problem to me and exactly what needed to be done. They cleaned everything up afterwards and I would highly recommend them to others in our area.

I AM VERY HAPPY AND VERY SATISFIED WITH THE ANDERS PLUMBING COMPANY. THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH BUT THEY ARE WORTH IT. THEY ARE A VERY RESPECTABLE AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THEIR BID WAS $200 (OR 33% LESS) THAN THAT OF THE OTHER PLUMBING CONTRACTOR THAT GAVE US A BID. THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND PROVIDED A FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT.

THE WORKERS DID A GREAT JOB. THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE. THE WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY.
