Able Locksmiths are great. I spoke with Barb on the phone who sold me from the get go. She was knowledgeable, polite and patient and she told me exactly what the cost would be and that it would be Shon who would be doing the work. Shon showed up promptly at the appointment time and did what needed to be done. He answered all my questions and cleaned up. Definitely would recommend Able Locksmiths.

Everything was great --- from the customer service setting up the appointment to the locksmiths coming to key our doors. They also made sure that we made plenty of extras.

I used them twice. They were always there to change locks. They were just wonderful. The price was excellent because they came out quickly, within half an hour. The price was really good.

The service was perfectly satisfactory. I would use them again.

The locksmith was punctual and very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

As always, I find Able Locksmiths to be very reasonable in cost and totally skilled and knowledgeable about keys and locks. They are an and quot;old timeand quot; kind of company, having been in Frederick for many years. They don't overcharge, they do good work, and they come as soon as you call them. What more can you ask for?

We do not think we can get somebody, and we're going to have to wait. And then the next thing when I hanged up, I was like exasperated. They called back five minutes later, and said, "He just went for lunch now. He's on his way over you." It was amazing! They were working on a really big project, and he went out of his way to come and help which was great! It's just a phenomenal service all around. I'm surely impressed with the guy.

He would get an F all the way down the line; no discussion is needed. He was late; I had to call him and tell him he had an appointment with me. I don't know if it was the company; it was him.

The locksmith arrived on time, did a wonderful job, and was both professional and personable. He also gave me the lowest and only firm quote of any of the 5 area locksmiths I contacted. I would definitely reccomend them for locksmith services, and if I ever need any locksmith services again, I will not hesitate to call them.
