4 OUTDOORS

Description of Work: Two 10' x 20' outdoors sheds were delivered and installed plus 1 that we already had was moved for $2000 (not including the cost of the sheds). Upon delivery, Brett the owner suggested the site we had chosen for two sheds to be moved a bit closer to the fence than what we had marked with a flag. As it turned out, we need the sheds moved again to comply with zoning due to a neighbors complaint. One shed is totally our fault as far as placement. The other two are only against zoning due to the placement suggestion of Brett. We talked to Tammy who talked to Brett about movement and prep of the area for the three sheds. He was not willing to take responsibility for the placement suggestion that he made which caused the two sheds to be move about 10 feet. He did agree to move one for free and to charge us $500 to prep and move the second. The third will cost us $950. We paid $1450 in full by credit card on 8/31//07. The work has yet to be completed. Phone calls go unanswered.
