 + -1 moreIt was a horrific experience and I detailed the reason why, above. I will never give this place a positive recommendation, just based on the experience that I just had with him.
Description of Work: I had normal work done on my car. The work itself was brake system fluid flush and replace - parts-$34 and labor $125. Next, coolant flush kit - $34 and labor $125. Next, fuel induction kit - $74 and the labor $125. I got 2 tires for my Toyota which totaled $375. I was not asked about which tires or told about these ridiculous fees. Next, thrust alignment - no parts by $100 labor. Labor diagnostics $125, with no reduction because because we got the work done there. Next, put in an air filter - filter $33 and labor $13, ?????. Next, ignition coil - $246 and the labor is $100. Next, iridium plug $39 and labor is $19, but why is the total of this plug replacement $235. Next cabin air filter - part $27 and the labor is $38. Next, front brake rotor and pads - parts $145 and the labor is $188. Finally, replace the fuel cap for $29, but thank goodness they did not charge me labor to screw the cap on. For this regular work, I was robbed of approximately $1000 for labor that did not require a lot of time or labor. I did know anything about cars, but whenever I took the car in to see why some of the lights were on, I did not expect to be taken advantage of. I am more than willing to pay a fare price for auto work, but I was led to believe that the work was mandatory and so I agreed, but whenever I went there, 4 hours later, the work was already done and the car was parked on the lot. I was shocked to see how much they charged, which worked out to $250 per hour, for labor. I took the bill to 2 other mechanics and they were amazed at the exorbitant charges, and the selection of high expense items, like: antifreeze 2@$15.50 each. I had to call the garage the next day, because one of the lights that I took it in for was back on, but the other mechanic told me that the light was just an tire air pressure light. They did not have one of the parts that they charged me for, and they told me to come back another day to get it. I am so sorry that I did not pick up my car and take it to a reputable mechanic shop to get the work done. I did not go back to discuss this with the agent, because I was very emotional about being taken advantage off, but I plan to tell all of my neighbors not to us that garage. I will go back to get the part, and I will never go back to that rip off joint again.

Description of Work: Since they changed owners they constantly push services you don't need and are a waste of money. In addition the desk staff was rude and indifferent to customer service. I had been going for years but no more. I found another mechanic I can trust and is much cheaper.

 + 0 moreWiygul was good. One service was free, it was a free inspection. The other service was like $90. I think the price was reasonable. They were very professional, but yet very personable. As a female, I kind of thought, "Okay, they're going to take advantage of me." But they didn't. They explained everything to me. They let me look at stuff. They were very, very nice. They were very nice people. And they're close to home too. I took in my truck one day and they did it. The next day they did my other vehicle.
Description of Work: I used them two weeks ago. One was an inspection, to inspect all the parts on the vehicle. I think it was 49 point inspection. He did the same inspection on my other car.

They do good work. If you want expert service and you want it done quickly, check it out. They do an excellent service. The pricing are a little bit cheaper. They get you in and out very quickly.
Description of Work: I had some work done. They did tire rotation and oil change and checked all the parts. They tell me what I need and didn’t need. They got a list of what their services are and breakdown of prices and everything.
