The lady whom answered the phone, "Melissa" I believe (her name changed when I asked someone else about her), whom I found out later was their only supervisor, since I asked several times to speak to a supervisor and she told me she was the only "supervisor", was extremely rude and ghetto. I called and repeatedly asked for a time after 3pm which they were suppose to have available. However, when I spoke to the supervisor she told me that they couldn't come after 2pm. So I took a day off work to meet them. They came to my house and told me they couldn't do anything bc my HVAC was froze over (never told me to turn it off) and would have to come back next time. They took $125 for the deductible and said they couldn't come back for a WHOLE WEEK, so I verbally asked them to come back any day after 3pm which the HVAC technician said would be fine, and was verbally confirmed on the phone with their supervisor "Melissa". However, for the next visit I got voice mail from one of their technicians at 1:20 stating that he showed up to my home and left, because I wasn't there...? When I called later to say that they came too early, I was told the window was between 2-4 and "I needed to make myself available" as my warranty requires. I told "Melissa" that I verbally asked for a time after 3pm and was told that would work. I told her that the technician left a message at 1:20 which is even before this 2-4 window, and that he came too early either way. I was called "liar" and that the technician called her at 2pm to say he was there. This despite the fact that I just told her that I had a message on my phone at 1:20. I keep parenthesizing her name because one time she told me her name was "Brittnay" when I asked for the supervisor. I later called the technician, Bobby, who came out to my house to inquire as to who was the supervisor is and he said it was him....?! These people are shady, rude, uneducated, and ghetto. I asked them NEVER to come back to my house again, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. My home warranty refunded me and sent me another company that has been great, also the new company deductible was only $100.

I found this company through a direct mail campaign several months before I actually needed service on my unit. When I noticed that my air conditioning system was not cooling properly, I remembered their service flyer and decided to give them a call. They were professional, friendly and gave me an appointment around my schedule. After checking the entire system, the technician was able to diagnose the problem. He took time to explain everything to me before performing the necessary repair. My unit was inspected and cleaned and the technician had it up and running in no time. Also, this company’s pricing was very reasonable. If anyone is looking for a reliable, honest, and knowledgeable HVAC service provider, this is it. I’m completely satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.
