Description of Work: I emailed Rosa to ask the questions if she provides service in my area and be willing to give me an estimate on her service. Need less to say I never got a response from her but it would have been the professional thing to so is to just say no and move on. After I sent Rosa the email I went back to her page and notice that it do states what area he's willing to work. This is why I rated her with a "C". Rosa needs to work on responding to question put to her whether it's email or phone calls.

 + -1 moreMs. Sanchez did return my call. She promised to clean our home on Monday, January 3, 2011. I waited at home and she never showed up or called to cancel or reschedule. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

 + -1 moreRosa has been cleaning my house for over a year. I like that I can have just her, nobody else - that was my terms when I hired her. This is so much nicer than having a crew swarm in, and take over the house. Rosa comes and cleans and if there are any issues we can settle it one on one. For the first cleaning she will charge much higher because it takes much longer (12 hours at my house). This is standard operating procedure for all cleaning companies. After that it is $110 a week for my house - this is considerably less then big companies charge. Rosa does a very good job cleaning. Let her know what your pet peeves are (for me - the baseboards) and she will be sure it is taken care of. I can absolutely 100% trust her. Have no probelm leaving her in my house alone. She cleans in Northern Virginia and in Maryland (Fort Washington, Upper Marlboro, Indian Head, etc) The "B" grade for professionalism is just because she does have a fairly heavy accent - but hey! who doesn't these days?
Description of Work: Rosa cleans my house on a weekly basis. My house is over 4000 sq ft. I choose to provide my own cleaning solutions (I am picky and want my brands used).
