Renaissance Carpet Cleaners

Spilled paint in my car several weeks and some drips fell on the cloth seat. A replacement of just the seat itself (not the back) would have cost about $500, so the car dealership advised me to try a detailing place. I searched and found several, but their services were pretty costly. Then I landed upon Renaissance Carpet Cleaning's website and gave them a call. A real person, Monica, answered the phone. She was lovely to talk with and reasonably sure they could get the paint out. We set up an appointment for a couple of weeks later but she said there might be a cancellation on the 14th so would call. And she did. Cost to clean the seat was $50, which beats cost of a new seat. The technician, Malique N., came out exactly when promised. He was friendly, professional, and knew his job. And guess what he got the paint out! My seat looks like new. Best $50 I've ever spent with some of the nicest service people I have dealt with in a long time. Will definitely use them for carpet cleaning too.

I really like that they were on time, they were understanding that I had pets. They were respectful in how they spoke. They did an overall great job I was very pleased.

The technician, DeJuan M., was professional and courteous. He looked at what needed cleaning, made no promises to get all the stains out, but told me he felt I would be happy with the end result. He worked efficiently and cleaned up when he was done. Seems to be he did get all the stains out and I'm really pleased with the result! I felt the price was not only reasonable, but perhaps low. I would recommend this company, and particularly this technician, to my neighbors and friends.

The technician who came was very professional. He called in advance of the window to let me know when he would be arriving. When he arrived, we first did a quick walkthrough to talk about the services to be performed. He offered suggestions on what cleaning should/could be done for my situation and what stains could be removed to realistically set my expectations of the finished product. The whole cleaning took 2.5hrs. He was very thorough and did the best he could to remove some heavy difficult stains (most came out but a couple still linger -- but I was told to expect this before service began). The only issue I had was related to punctuality. The technician called me at 8:00am telling me to expect him in 45 mins but he did not show until well over 9:30am. I still rated him an "A" in punctuality, b/c my scheduled window of arrival was 10-noon so in all we finished the service earlier than I was expecting. The carpets ended up taking over 24hrs to dry in certain heavy cleaned areas and about 8-10hrs in other areas, so I highly advise doing this during a time where you can be off the carpet for a while.

Although the cleaners arrived 15 minutes after their two hour scheduled time frame (traffic), they were extremely polite and professional and did a great job! Took about two hours to deep clean two rooms and a hallway, removed several pet stains and the pet smell! Carpets took over 24 hours to fully dry, but look and smell great! Overall great job!
