+ -1 moreRheem Warranties referred me to MJ Plumbing to replace an Electric Water Heater. The job was professionally done. The company was replacing a defective Rheem Electric Water purchased from Home Depot. The procedures for returning a faulty water heater were very complicated, but MJ Plumbing came in and made the replacement less impenetrable.
Description of Work: MJ Plumbing had to return and replace a defective water heater.

+ -1 moreWas referred by American Home Shield. Left three messages on three separate days and never received a call back. American Home Shield contacted them and was informed that some of their equipment wasn't working and they couldn't address our plumbing issues at this time. Meanwhile we've been unable to use our kitchen sink in three days. A call back would have been nice to be able to move on to the next company. Also, you would expect a business to have a professional answering machine versus a generic message simply informing you what number you called. I wasn't even sure if I was calling the right number. Since I can't speak to their actual plumbing services, I have to say that their customer service Has been less than desirable.

+ 1 moreCame in on time and performed said services professionally Quick, punctual and professional. This is the second time we call MJ Plumbing for services and each time was a pleasure. we highly recommend MJ.
Description of Work: A old sump pump needed to be replaced, and the outlet where it connected needed to be split for two dedicated new outlets
