LFC Services did a great job in repairing my backyard fence. They were very timely and professional from the beginning to the completion of the project.

I needed to upgrade my galley style kitchen in an old row house in DC. Last reno was 20 years ago, a lot of wear and tear was showing and some issues behind the scenes needed to be fixed. Not able to make the kitchen bigger, was hoping by making it lighter and brighter with cabinets and paint would give it a more specious appearance. My initial meeting with Mr. Tony Heard gave me a lot of confidence that he understood what I was looking for as well as ensuring that any issues would be addressed and resolved. The first day of renovation, I met with the team, led by Mr. George Pitts who explained the process. They were all very personable and just all-around good people to work with. One of my neighbors mentioned, "I bet your kitchen will look amazing, those guys are the happiest contractors I have ever seen. Seems they love what they do". I had to agree, everyone was a joy to work with and it really put my mind at ease. The communication with Mr. George and others was always clear and timely, specially making it a point to show me specific issues that needed to be fixed, and the cost so there would be no financial surprises. I had no doubt that the outcome was going look nice, but I must admit that once I saw the finished kitchen I was extremely pleased. The look and the attention to detail, came out better than I expected. It was completed right before Thanksgiving and family and friends were amazed. And to top it all off, I got exactly what I wanted in a kitchen, and it all came within my budget. Win Win!! I highly recommend LFC Services, great group to work with and really strive to give you the best finished product possible.

Excellent service. My project started with a kitchen remodel, and when I saw how professional the team was and the outstanding and the meticulous work, I asked them to help with other projects. So I had them do a partial basement remodel, and then repairs to the outside steps. More work coming your way LFC. THANK YOU!

LFC did a excellent job remodeling my master bathroom. Tony was very patient during our initial consultation and took detailed notes as I described my vision to him. We turned an outdated bathroom into a beautiful spa-like masterpiece. I surrendered a spacious linen closet in the space to get double sinks. We updated the plumbing, floors and cabinetry; added much needed lighting to brighten up the space and found ways to implement space saving features/fixtures for a more efficient use of square footage - the pocket door was a hit. I initially wanted a barn door- I'm so glad Tony convinced me to go with the pocket door. Tony Heard and his team (Omar, Jose, Douglas and Uncle Merc) are true professionals. I especially appreciated the respect and care they took in planning for the project (pre-construction walkthrough, prepping the worksite, daily clean-up, printed schedules, constant communication- and yes he answers email and phone calls) Not only did we (my husband) enjoy having them in our home, our fur-baby terrier enjoyed the daily belly rubs. You won't be disappointed, we have several other projects waiting for Tony and his team.

LFC did an excellent job replacing my deck and installing insulation in my crawl space. They worked quickly and finished on time. Also, great communication, reasonable pricing and high-quality work. Highly recommend.

Mr. Heard and his team (Douglas, Omar and Uncle Merc) are very professional yet friendly and so easy to work with. I hired them initially to replace a tub and shower I have hated for the last 5 years; however, after the initial consultation I decide to do the entire bathroom due to the pricing for the project. I ended up having a completely new tub, shower, tiles, vanity, medicine cabinet, flooring, towel rack and cabinet installed. I couldn't be any happier or satisfied. Mr. Heard explain the entire process to you in the beginning, he was so patient to answer all of my questions throughout the project. I was referred to Mr. Heard by my mother who has used them for years. I was so confident in their ability and their service that I moved in with my parents for the seven days it took to complete the project. Gave them a key to my home and relaxed while they gave me the bathroom of my dreams. I never worried about anything being stolen or anything like that. One of the best things about Mr. Heard is that he's a Christian and he believes in being honest.

Discussing what my vision looked like with LFC/Tony Heard was great. Tony was attentive, honest and compassionate about my ideas. He explained the process in detail and provided a project timeline which was very helpful. The team was very attentive and adhered to the timeline. The best thing was the constant communication followup from both the team and Tony. I cannot thank the LFC family enough for the end results of our gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms.

Fantastic experience with a responsive, highly skilled, professional team. We initially contacted LFC to redesign a half wall/counter in a basement kitchenette area so we could remove and replace an old refrigerator. Tony listened, assessed the situation and came up with a very creative and cost effective solution for our problem. They cut back the half wall and kept the counter by carefully cutting it and installing a hinge so it could swing up and down. To save on flooring costs, they used extra carpet and tile that we had and blended it in. We were so pleased that we had him come back out to look at the recurring rotten wood problem around our front door entryway and our garage door. Tony suggested cost effective, non-wood materials, and a custom design by his carpenter to preclude further water erosion. Both projects were completed in a timely manner by a team of highly skilled professionals who take pride in their work. The level of detail in the intricate carpentry work is exceptional.

Tony and his team were very professional and did a great job. They made sure everything was done to code and fixed a lot of the problems left by the previous owner. The new kitchen looks amazing and exceeded our expectation. We were very happy with their work and would use them again for future projects.

Tony and his crew are absolutely outstanding! My husband and I have have gone through many contractors and LFC is by far the best. They are responsive, professional, organized, consistent, and offer very competitive pricing. In addition to being a pleasure to work with, their work product is simply outstanding. They pay close attention to detail, and work with you every step of the way to make any necessary adjustments or updates. I would trust them for any project large or small. They've done work on both our primary residence as well as our rental property. You will not regret using them!!

My backsplash is beautiful. Tony Heard, one of the owners of the company was professional and attentive to my specific requirements. The gentlemen who installed the backsplash, came in did their job, were very diligent and professional. I thought it would take a couple of days to complete, but it was done in one day. They cleaned up the debris and dust and made sure that I was happy. I am very satisfied with my completed project. I have even discussed future home projects that I could hire LFC for with Tony. The cost for this project was very reasonable and worth it.

Excellent - the whole way through! What we especially loved was the clear contract agreement that Tony gave us with, and we really appreciated the construction project schedule that Tony presented us with the day that work began. We could always refer to it to see what was coming up and where we stood. Nothing was a surprise. I also appreciated the respect that LFC had for my house by protecting the floors and cleaning up at the end of each work day. The workers were efficient and did beautiful work. Tony always greeted me with a smile and kept me informed with every design idea that he had. Things that we didn't even think about. He made everything possible in rebuilding the damage to our house after a tree fell on it. It made us love our house even more.

Mr. Heard and the L.F.C. crew are a professional team. Mr. Heard is knowledgeable and experienced. He explained in detail first hand of the process in repairing our deck. We received a very reasonable and honest estimate. They are the most friendly and caring crew you would ever love working with. The crew was always on time and answered any questions we had. I initially met with LFC to discuss the project. During that process they explained everything that would take place from beginning to end. Day 1, they covered my floors, doors and sealed off the work area as to limit any dust or debris from getting out. We were in consist contacts with updates during the process. They are professional, their work is of the highest quality and they make you feel like their caring for your home like it was theirs. I was extremely satisfied with the final result. They have a client for life.

Excellence and beautiful work. I'm on the main street, people slow down to look. Very please with the people and professionalism and courtesy they showed me and my family. I know that other businesses and companies could use some classes from LCF on how to be and do the best possible for their customers.

A worker from LFC Services came by to look at our home. He arrived within the time slot and was polite. After noting the work needed, he said it could be done in one day, and the owner would email an estimate to us within a week. It has been over a month and NO Estimate has been provided. If they could not complete the job, a courtesy call informing us would have been the professional thing to do.

It went very well. He estimated it would take a week and they finished in about 5 days. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. They were very neat and made sure to clean up any mess before they left each day. I was totally amazed and impressed with the demolition team - I couldn't believe how fast they finished. I'm very pleased with the overall finished result. High praise to all involved!!

Tony and his team at LFC were very responsive and professional from start to finish in the bathroom remodel process. They dealt with challenges well and communicated with us throughout the process so we were always aware of what was going on. From start to finish, LFC provided top-notch service! Tony walked me through the design, spending time on each detail. He recommended excellent vendors so the materials I used were high-quality. His team worked quickly, leaving no detail unaddressed. He was able to accommodate last minute changes I wanted to make to the project. He was responsive and addressed any concerns I had immediately. Amazingly smooth and perfect for 3 main reasons. (FYI - LFC's services were from a referral from a co-worker) First, Tony, Uncle Meart, and their entire team could not have been easier to work with. They treated our house like it was their house. Our family like it was their family. They took care to keep the disruption of our daily routine to a minimum. Their workers were properly supervised each day and were respectful. They provided a detailed work schedule that was strictly followed and it was clear when payment installments were due. When there was a need to change the schedule, Tony provided a new work schedule within 2 days. We have never had such a good experience with a contractor. We plan to use them again and already have put them on projects with our family and friends. We were that satisfied and trust their services that much. Second, their work was spotless, professional and timely. Their team's workmanship was of high quality. Whenever something did not look right, it was immediately corrected. Tony or Uncle Meart reviewed all of the work done by their workers to make sure it was functional and looked good. It is obvious that they take pride in their work. It is refreshing in this day and age. As with any construction project, it lasted longer than predicted. However, it was only as much time as needed to have the project done well and to high standards. Third, they worked within our budget. Our repair/remodel was caused by a water leak while we were on vacation. It was devastating. The insurance company, was tough to work with. Trying not to cover certain damage. Tony was open and honest with this approach with us, and the insurance company. He spoke directly with the insurance company and with additional submittals was able to get them to cover a large percentage of the damage. This was because of his tenacity and calm manner in dealing with them. His financial costs were on par with "going rate." This gave us peace of mind and allowed us to focus more on the repair and not the insurance costs.
