It went excellent. Tony's team took 5 business days to complete the work. In that time, they installed all new supports with concrete footers. They were able to jack the porch up to almost the exact level it was when initially built. They installed a concrete pad for the stairs and additional supports for the stair structure. They re-attached the porch, making it flush with the home again. When they encountered a problem with anchoring to the home, they found a solution that resulted in no additional cost to the customer. From start to finish, Tony and his team were consummate professionals in the pre-coordination,execution, and completion of the project. I can't recommend them enough.

Tony and his team (Uncle Mert and Neal) are absolutely the best contractors I have ever met! Tony was extremely patient, pleasant, and professional while I described what I needed. He heard the frustration in my voice during the conversation and he agreed to shuffle his schedule to come over to review the project. Tony thoroughly explained the specific steps his team would perform and provided an estimate for the work. He advised that his team would probably be able to start work the next day, but he would review their schedule and verify when the work would start. Tony called an hour later and advised that he could have his team come over later in the day to begin the work, which was very surprising! Uncle Mert and Neal showed up later, as discussed, and immediately started working on the project. They worked with laser-focus to complete the majority of the work and Tony stopped by to inspect the work and explained the next steps that would need to be completed the following day. Uncle Mert and Neal cleaned up everything before leaving for the day. Uncle Mert returned the following day to complete the final aspects of the job and asked me to review the completed drywall. I was totally stunned by the quality of the job and Uncle Mert soaked in all of the compliments that I spoke while examining everything. It was just amazing!! He called Tony to come over and inspect the work and Tony was as pleased as I was. Tony advised that everything looked good and that Uncle Mert would be putting the finishing touches on the project. After finishing the project, Uncle Mert cleaned up everything and he and Tony graciously thanked me for choosing LFC for the job. I will definitely be calling them for many more projects. Tony and his team were definitely committed to doing the right thing, the right way, for the right price.

It went exceptionally well, but Company showed up a few minutes early to get the paperwork out of the way he gave me options for the type of hanging he could perform and the executed it within his time estimate and with the highest quality. Additionally he brought a young man help her alone and didn't build me for any of his time. I cannot express the gratitude I have for finding this company, these types of companies are far and few between anymore kudos to Tony and his crew.

They arrived on time and was friendly and professional change my mind about replacing with wood and asked could I use molding they said that was not a problem.

They removed the entire decking, the tops of the stairs, and the tops of the railings. They replaced them with high quality boards and coated the entire deck, support beams, and posts with a solid stain. I found LFC to be a very professional company that does quality work. They provided good advice on how best to achieve the results I desired. They were timely and kept me apprised of what was going on. The project took about 2 weeks and I am very pleased with the results. I have received several compliments on the deck. Since they do other work besides decks, I will definitely consider them for any future projects I have. I highly recommend them and believe you will be delighted with the work they do.

It went very well. The carpenter replaced the shudder securely back in place. He also examined the rest of my shudders and noticed that they were loose as well. He suggested that extra nails be installed in the remaining shudders to keep them secure during inclement weather. This is not my first time using LFC Services and I am always pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I can not say enough about LFC. They were extremely professional as well as being kind and very informative. While installing the ladder an over head light had to be moved which lead to additional electrical work needed. I was promptly informed and the additional work was done as well. They were also very respectful of my home. I would highly recommend LFC to anyone who needed work done.

GREAT! Tony and his crew were extremely professional and courteous and really bent over backwards to complete the job prior to us moving into our new home. They were flexible with our hectic work schedules and took great care of our home as we were not there when the work was in progress. We will definitely be using them again soon!

Everything went smoothly. Tony and his team were very professional from start to finish. They were prompt, pleasant and efficient each day they worked and their work was of high quality. LFC even corrected some sloppy workmanship that the contractor before them had done. Their prices were very reasonable. They all are friendly and very conscientious about their work. It was so comforting trusting the people working on the house. Tony and his Uncle are two of the kindest people I have had the pleasure to know. If I need work done on my next house, I will call Tony without hesitation. They really took care of me and made sure this house is in top shape for sale. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have used a lot of contractors in my life and I have to say these people are perfectionist....in some instances I thought something looked great but they would say....ummmm...it is not quite right and keep working until they were happy with the results. To give you an example, one of the first jobs they did for me was build a cabinet to cover my electrical panel because I had a heavy up done and I didn't want this big gaping hole in the wall. In that case they didn't like the fact that the cabinet they were building didn't meet their high standards.....they took it home to work on....now many contractors do you know will do that. I also like the fact they are a family....they are methodical, efficient, professional, super friendly, and super anal about keeping the areas they work in spotless. They put covers down from the front door and every place they might walk, stairs up / and or down, hal ways...etc. I don't know many contractors that actually wipe down the floor with a damp cloth to make sure no dust is left behind. I think so much of them that they are currently upgrading my daughter's kitchen. They are simply the best. By the way....they work straight thru the day...no breaks, no lunches....so if you hire them for 8 hours you get 8 hours.
