LFC Services Home Repair Division

LFC Services did an excellent job! We had water damage due to a broken pipe in the basement and outside of our house. We were in the process of renting our house to new tenants when our pipes burst due to one of the coldest winters on record. LFC Services was prompt, clean and very efficient. They repaired the damages in plenty of time for the new tenants to move into the house. We have used LFC Services many times in the past. We can always count on them to do exceptional work. I highly recommend LFC Services.

We have used LFC for several jobs. Tony, the owner, is really lovely, excellent with communication, and very honest about what they can and cannot do--to include realizing as he began a project that we needed some additional inspections to address some issues before we papered over them, something that cost him money but saved us a lot. That takes integrity. The quality of the repairs themselves have varied. They did a lot of drywall and post-plumbing-flood repairs that made the dining room truly look like nothing ever happened. They also did a fantastic job replacing one of our back doors to make it airtight. However, the painting took several tries to get right, and the second door still has a gap in the lower right hand side that lets air in. We have an old house that was cosmetically re-done before we bought it but never truly renovated, and whoever did the refurbishments did a shoddy job, so LFC certainly has had its work cut out for them. I do really appreciate how responsive and kind Tony is, and everyone who comes out to do repairs is very friendly. That is a rare quality in home services these days.

In a word, "SPECTACULAR". This company is awesome. LFC Services' ideas and designs are sleek and modern. Their work is beautiful, timely, efficient, and very professional. You would be making a grave mistake, if you don't employ LFC. We love our new basement.

The jobs went amazingly well. I was surprised at the quick turnaround, as the workers were very skilled and thorough. Overall, I was pleased with the professionalism that George Pitt displayed at all times. He was very detailed in his approach and pushed me to be completely involved in the process. Excellent! LFC Home Services guys were very professional, timely and provide high quality work. They treated my home with respect- covered all furniture and appliances as well as drop cloth from the entry to the work zone. Each night after work, they would clean up work area even though they had to return the next day to start again. I am very satisfied with the end product which exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be requesting their services for future projects.

We highly recommend LFC Home Services for major and minor home repairs. LFC is equipped to handle any area of home repairs required to bring a home up to Home Inspection Standards. We interviewed three Companies for estimates on a combination of replacing some older windows with new ones, repairing wood rot around some of the sills and facia boards, replacing caulking, power washing and repainting the whole exterior of the house. LFC corrected all of our exterior repairs in a timely and professional manner. We were happy that one company could handle all aspects of the job Tony, George and Donnie and their entire crew are very professional in every respect from submitting their proposal estimate, punctuality and their pricing is competitive. LFC Home Repairs completely turned around our 3600 sf two story home Victorian Colonial, stucco home and it was ready for sale in less than 10 days as they promised. We would absolutely choose them again for any home repairs interior or exterior.

Tony and his team are consummate professionals - they treat our home with respect and their skill and completeness in their work is unparalleled. They pay attention to the smallest details and also provide their professional opinions on what would/wouldn't be appropriate regarding design and functionality. Hired to fix the major water leak on the basement. The leakage was severe and the project was big. LFC did a great job: responsible, considerate, well communicated. Tony even did extra mile to help me to deal with the insurance issues. Very much appreciated. All the work was done with good quality.

On EVERY occasion, Tony and his crew were prompt, courteous, friendly, professional and (i shopped around) for the work performed, I got a GREAT price! Best part was that I felt so comfortable around him and his associates, that I actually felt like I was hanging out with friends. This is the first time in my life, that I never had to juggle my schedule for a contractor didn't show up, or was late and I can honestly say that I'm not worried about making a recommendation and having it come back to haunt me. Had water leak on bathroom and hired three contractors to find source of leak. Only LFC got the right diagnosis and fixed the leak. Tony is kind, nice and professional. They come on time, did excellent job and well communicate with me. Well done. Certainly will hire them again.

It was a two-day project right before Thanksgiving. The team arrived on time both days, were professional and cleaned up after themselves.

LFC Services did a great job. They removed several layers of old paint, painted the carport structure, and repaired and painted the carport ceiling. A protective screen covering a portion of the structure had to be removed and replaced. Gutters and downspouts connecting to the structure were repainted to give a "finished" look. The work area was left free of debris and very clean at the end of each work day. The staff were helpful and pleasant to work with. The finished carport looks beautiful!

The service was great. Meartie, Mr. Randolph and Neal arrived everyday at 8am and left by 3pm as promised. All of my furniture was rapped securely as well as the floors. I did not come home at the end of the day to a mess, they cleaned and carried out trash each day. Once they was finished working I was completely satisfied with the worked they had done especially the living room/dining room ceiling because it was a popcorn ceiling and I did not know how it would turn out. Meartie, Mr. Randolph and Neal did a wonderful job and I will refer them to people I know.

LFC spent 4 partial days looking for source of leak, caulking various windows and tub, putting a tarp on exterior wall, drying pipes under tub. Did not resolve leak. Did one of handyman jobs, replacing facia boards on shed damaged by carpenter bees on 5th day. Has not called or reappeared. Tarp still on exterior wall. Charged $175/hr for 2 man team doing no skilled labor I could see. Called a plumber for leak under tub. He came to look at pipes, gave me a contract for $1,400 to fix leaking spillover and replace faucet so water would not diverge. No more tub leak.

It was fairly painless. Some inadvertent damage was done to a neighbor's window but they immediately took responsibility and assured the neighbor the damage would be repaired and that they would receive credit for handyman services from LFC. I took a few weeks to make sure that the repairs had really taken care of the problem, and after a few heavy downpours was satisfied. I am now in touch with them to repair the damaged areas inside the house. It added up to six windows re-caulked.

LFC WAS VERY PUNCTUAL, COURTIOUS, AND WELL SKILLED. THEY IMPLIMENTED DESIGN IDEAS THAT WORKED WELL WITH MY HOME. THEY ARE A FULL SERVICE COMPANY, I WOULD DEFFINETLY RECOMMEND LFC.
