F. Chavez Painting and General Construction, Inc.

I hired this supposedly pro for exterior painting; shutters and garage door. His help painted in between my garage door and because of the heat the door is sticking and he stated it is not his problem. Not good service and would not recommend. He is supposed to be the pro and inform customers that it is not a good idea to paint in between the cracks of the garage door. VERY PISSED and will never use them again!

This is the second time I used his services.Great customer service and excellent work. They care about the service they provide. I would recommend this company to anyone. You will be pleased with the quality of their work.

This is my 2nd time using F. Chavez Painting and General Construction, Inc. Again Fabián and his crew were punctual,quick and cleaned up after themselves. I got almost my entire home painted before selling it and his price was very reasonable. The paint job was immaculate! Looks like a new home.

He was ever professional, clean up after painting, great job, I would recommend to everyone I know.

F. Chavez Painting and General Construction is an AA++ absolutely fabulous contractor. Fabian and his team were professional, courteous, meticulous, took copious notes, and sent me the invoice the same day. I interviewed several contractors, and by far, his company won the contract hands down. He fixed defects by the builder that he didn t have to fix, but did it graciously. Fabian s attention to detail was impeccable; he s a top notch professional, and I would definitely recommend his company to anyone. He s my contractor for life. Excellent job!!! 🤗🤗🤗

Fabian and his team was absolutely fantastic, on time , price was great, he was easy to work with..his crew was one of the best I have seen...well manner, polite ..very efficient...painted a vaulted family room and ceiling, made some repairs to the sheet rock all in one day! I plan on using them for our hardwood floors next..hire them, you will not be disappointed!!!

The work was done very quickly despite the cold weather . Mr. Chavez was great to work with. I couldn t ask for better.

Lowest price for this job of all contractors I contacted. Originally only wanted to paint the exterior of the house. When I heard the price for replacing the gutters it was a simple choice. This was the guy to pick.

Fabian did a great job and was on time. Unlike Willie Lee, who failed to show up when he said he would over a two month period. Plus, Fabian is a professional who was very reasonably priced.

They came at the time they gave me. And completed on time. they cleaned up great.

Did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with the result.

Too expensive. I had another larger job for consideration but he priced himself out based on what he charged for the small job. Could have made an extra 4K-5K if the pricing was better. Vendors need to know that they have competitors who can do the same job, and although it s not always about cost, it does matter.

The guys were very polite and they did an excellent job.

Reliable and quality work. Expeditiously complete the painting without compromising the quality. Team was respectful and professional. Moved furniture to complete the work and placed it back after everything was done. I really appreciated the checkin prior to making assumption to move or remove things.
