+ 2 morePrecision completed 2 phases of a remodel for me, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Extremely detail oriented, consultative and open to views from me as the homeowner on the project. Showed up every single day until the project was complete. Shawn, Pat, Warren and the crew are top notch and would use them for any project i have!!

They were very professional and knowledgeable and offered advice on how to maximize the potential of my space. They created a beautiful oasis that I look forward to coming home to. Description of Work: Shawn's crew did a complete renovation of our newly purchased home. Every room had something done; from complete replacement of the kitchen and bathrooms, to removing wallpaper and painting. They even replaced the siding, roof and front walkway.

+ 1 moreAll work went very well. We have no complaints. One of our aims was to replace old wood with new maintenance-free material. The contractor was very knowledgable about what materials were available to accomplish our goal & supplied those materials. We are beyond satisfied with Precision Builders & will definitely use them again for any future projects!
Description of Work: 1) Supplied & installed commercial basement door with new deadbolt lock, weatherstrip, & paint 2) Removed wooden columns & rebuilt 4 porch columns with PVC material 3) Covered porch beams with PVC, covered porch ceiling with soffit (to resemble bead board) 4) Repaired concrete front porch cracks, leveled & tiled porch floor 5) Installed 6 sets of shutters on front windows 6) Installed PVC boards on steps by driveway & basement area

+ -1 moreI have used them a total of three times. Each instance worked out 100% great with Precision Builders, LLC. I would most definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family in need of a contractor. Both myself and my clients as well were extremely happy with Precision Builders, LLC every time I have used them. I Would Highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I'm a local Realtor in Dundalk, MD and needed a handyman to complete a list of items that a buyer was asking to have repaired before settlement. Precision Builders, LLC came in and added a ridge vent to the roof, took care of some masonry work, added a set of basement stairs and took care of some gutter and downspout work that needed to be done as well. A few months later Precision stepped in and helped out with a 203k Rehab loan deal where my Buyer needed to borrow money from the lender for repairs. Precision took care of the needed plumbing, structural repairs, kitchen and cosmetics that needed to be performed for this home to pass an fha standards.
