The survey went very well. We are about to put in a fence and needed an official survey to settle a dispute regarding the property lines. The office was very helpful and arranged a survey for the next day. We has a morning appointment but after a while I called and was told the crew was running late. They arrived exactly at the adjusted time. Things went perfectly.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the service. They came right out, kept to their price, were friendly, punctual, and professional, with not a single complaint about having to march through weeds, slippery rocks and stream. Pat texted me when I had to go out to let me know about time, and then he walked the property with me when they were done. Oh, actually, I haven't yet gotten a paper copy of their "survey" (not sure that's the proper term for corners)--maybe they are waiting for my check to clear. I don't feel I can comment on the price, because, my bad, I didn't do any comparisons. I've been wanting to get this done for years and decided it was worth the cost for "peace of mind." Though, now that I know my neighbors' fence is a foot on my property, not sure how peaceful I feel...

Checked out their webpage and requested a quote. Got a call two days later with a quote and an appointment for the next day. Very pleasant to deal with. The team arrived on time (I was late) and performed the work without waiting for me to be home. Once I arrived, they walked me around and showed me all the stakes and the boundary. Took extra time to add stakes to make it easier for me to lay out the fence line. Very professional, polite and a great experience. Price was the same as two competitors.

I've had property disputes on previous properties so was pleased to see that they dug down to the pins to identify the property boundaries. The county came out later (unrelated to this assignment) and matched to their markers.

The surveyors arrived on time, completed the job and sent the necessary drawings through the mail in a timely manner.

Excellent service! From first call to final payment the company was very professional. We needed our survey completed on pretty short notice and they responded. They quoted a price over the phone and stuck to it. Our project was complicated and the two gentlemen they sent were thorough and did a great job marking the property. They spent a good amount of time walking the property with me after they were finished to make sure I understood everything. This is a great company to work with and I recommend them highly.

***Top Notch Service*** Upon my first call they responded within a day to give me price/quote. Once I accepted their price, they said they would take care of it from there and within a day or two, I had my property line staked out. And within a few days after that, they notified me that they had the plot drawing ready. I expressed that I had some concerns and Mr. Meekins himself actually took the time to call me back and address my concerns. Two days later I met with the surveyors who took the time to explain the answers to my questions and really went the extra mile to ensure I was a happy customer. I absolutely will use them again and absolutely recommend them. Thanks guys!!!

I called them to ask about if i was getting a new fence should I get a survey done on my property.I expained that I have one from when I purchased the house back in 10/2007 and it basically followed the fence that was there already.I was replacing it because it was very old and falling apart.I was told you should have one done because that one I had wasnt one that showed the property lines.wouldnt be as acurite as the one they would do for 750.00 I questioned the price because my property is only 75' x 100' lot and was told yes that is the price.I needed it done so I went ahead with it.When I got home from work they wooden stakes were in the 4 corners on my yard. After a few days the surveyor report came back very vague on drawing, At corners reads 1 f set stake what does that mean???? A survey that was done when I bought house showed my house, sidewalk ,sheds and driveway all drawn to scale.So which one is more acurite I ask you????

I submitted an estimate request on their web site, it came back quickly and in line with our expectations. When we followed up to schedule the survey, a crew came out within two days and we had the completed survey in the mail the next day. Well done and prompt.

They arranged an appointment quickly and very pleasantly after giving me an estimate in response to my email contact. They came exactly when they said, performed the property line survey as requested, and gave me a walk through of what they did, answering my questions without hesitation. The official report arrived by mail very quickly and detailed everything I had requested, including the location of existing fences to verify their position relative to actual property lines. Every contact was pleasant, helpful, and professional. I don't know comparative pricing, but chose them based on other recommendations. I certainly would use them again and recommend them to others.

I submitted an online request, via Angies List, to this company on June 3rd, 2011. I requested to be contacted via email, not phone, with a basic quote. I received an email response from them stating that the price would be $750. I ended up not needed the staking done on my property, so I did not contact them, or the other companies I requested quotes from after that initial Angies List form submission. However, this company has proceeded to call me every few days like clock work from that time including today's date, August 12th, 2011. I have more than eight voicemails on my phone, all from the same woman. Perhaps it was my fault that I chose to ignore the initial email request rather than respond with a "no thanks". but I never expected to be put on a call list and harassed weekly. This behavior from this company is unacceptable and given the many choices offering the same service for the same price, I encourage you to choose a difference company for your surveying needs. This company makes me hesitant to ever give Angies List companies my contact information ever again.

The men who did the survey were very professional and helpful. They let me know how long it would take and when I would receive my drawings. They answer all my questions even for future plans. I had the survey done in preparation for putting up a retaining wall along my property line. I was completely satisfied with the entire experience.

I e-mailed Meekins twice, first to get a price for our own boundary survey and then to ask if they could give a discount for surveys of homes which abut one another. I was extremely happy with their first price and even happier with the second. Mr. Meekins came exactly when he was scheduled and after completion of the work waited until I could run home from work to walk the lines with him. The boundary points are very clearly marked and leave no room for interpretation. Several days later, I received notarized drawings from Meekins showing their findings. I would not hesitate to employ Meekins again - he was probably one of the most efficient contractors I have hired for work at my home.

Very pleasant experience from initial phone call to finished survey. Very professional, came out when expected, price was reasonable. Overall good choice and would be first choice again if we ever need this type of work done in the future.

The surveyor showed up, prepared the drawings, and submitted them after I sent payment. I got the data that I wanted.

I was able to arrange for an estimate for the work to be done from the company's web site. They responded back to my email address the same day with a price. I didn't have any other bids to compare it to, but it was an acceptable fee. A two-man crew came out within the same week on-time and went to work to survey my property boundaries. The work took about two hours. They installed boundary markers and staked them and showed me where they were. Two days later I received in the mail four copies of the certified Lot Stake-out drawing.

A two-man crew arrived in the early AM and began their work. Using a land surveying digital tool, metal and wooden stakes, and lots of walking through semi-forested terrain, they staked the the property boundaries and the beginning points of an WSSC easement. Total time: approximately 5 hours. They staked as required and followed up with a written stakeout sheet. I would use them again; they also reduced a solo price when two other property owners joined in.
