Trading & Pro Kitchen Bath

On March 9, 2016, I made a phone call to schedule a design consultant to come to my home to look at my kitchen. I was told to come into the showroom instead by Kaleigh Colbert. I went to the showroom and met Kaleigh in person. She showed the display of cabinets, vanities, and countertops. I provided her a print out with all the dimensions the way i wanted my new kitchen to look. I picked out the cabinets and countertops I wanted. She told me that she will provide me an Estimate cost for this project by March 12, 2016. I did not receive the information. I called her office on March 14, 2016 and her supervisor answered and told me she was off today and forwarded my call to her voice mail and left her a message to call me the next day March 15, 2016. I did not get a call back from her today. I wasted my time going to the showroom trying to get help for my kitchen project. This is what ProKitchen & bath is all about neglecting and lying to customers. This is totally unprofessional behavior and warrants the possibility of fraudulent practice.

I moved into my house 4 years ago and there were new cabinets in the kitchen. I recently made some changes to my kitchen and needed new cabinets. I found an old box in my attic with the name of this company. I had an idea that the cabinets may have been bought here. I called the store and they had no record of my house. However, Tracy offered to come to my house to help me figure out what to order. She knew the exact company by looking at them. She offered some suggestions while she was at my house. She later sent me some drawings. I ordered the cabinets and picked them up less than two weeks later!

We were very pleased with Steve Resnick and Kitchen & Bath Distributors. He matched the on-line quote we got with no "haggling". At our request, he secured a sample door in the style of our cabinets and the color, so we could "shop" for appliances, counters. etc., at no cost to us. When our contractor met with him to discuss the fridge panel mix-up, she was so impressed, she then and there ordered her kitchen counter from him!
