Well Water Services

Could not be happier, I highly recommend. Our submersible well pump just died on a very snowy Sunday afternoon. I was hoping it was just the control box but after I checked a few things I was pretty sure it was the pump. You never know how much you miss having water until there is none, especially for using your toilets. I went online to find a reputable contractor and I came across Well Water Services on Angie’s List. Boy am I glad I did. I called and left a message on Sunday night assuming that I would get a call back on Monday. About an hour later I received a call back and was told that they would be able to come out the next afternoon after an already scheduled job. They arrived on time and immediately went to check the control box in the basement. They told me that the problem was the pump not the control box. They immediately went outside in 30 degree weather and 4 inches of snow and pulled and replaced the submersible pump and wiring. They went back to the basement rewired the control box to match the new pump and finished the job. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend!!

Other than droping (then retrieving) the bad pump back down the well it went fine.

I was very impressed with the Well Water Services. They came out with short notice on a Sunday to diagnose the problem and returned on Monday to replace my well pump. I found them to be very honest, courteous, knowledgeable, with fair prices. I would recommend them to anyone with well issues.

I came home from work and my water wasn't working at all...typically Monday, right??? I found Well Water Services on Angie's List and was extremely happy with the service provided. After my initial call Well Water Services tried to walk me through several steps to identify the issue without the need for an onsite evaluation. My well wasn't responding and they were able to come out to my home the same night!!! The service man (Damon) was professional, intelligent and really helped explain what was going on with my well. I know this doesn't happen for everyone, but he was able to fix it on the spot (bad pump starter). Very pleased with the service and highly recommend them.

This is my first time submitting a report on Angie's List, but I really like the folks from this company. The owner usually comes, sometimes with his son. The owner is very down-to-earth and, I believe, reasonable in his pricing. He is on-time and explains everything to you before he leaves, including answering any and all my questions. If you are looking for someone to service your well, or improve your water quality, I highly recommend this company.
