Tom and his team did a great job. He thoroughly explained our needs, the products that would be used, and the cost. He was in constant communication with us before, during, and after the roof replacement. His team was here early, worked very hard all day, and cleaned up our yard.

Highly recommended! I read numerous reviews for TSW and was quite impressed! I hired TSW for my slate roof repairs. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, they were extremely professional, efficient and polite! EVERYONE that works for TSW was wonderful! I even called the company and said that they are so lucky to have such a great group of men working together! They went above and beyond my expectations! I am truly grateful to have found a company that was so exceptional! I felt like this type of company did not exist anymore. They were there when they said they would be and they performed the work in my contract. I cannot say enough about TSW! I could go on and on about how wonderful they are.....I have never done a review for a company before, but needed to do one for them as they absolutely deserve the highest rating!

They came in quite a bit higher than competitors but I felt that they knew what they were doing and the work would be completed correctly. The workers were extremely professional and friendly. The homes in HDG are very close to each other and they had to set up a ladder system in my neighbor's yard and my neighbor remarked how professional they were. No cursing, no loud music, and very polite. Other than the high cost (you get what you pay for) this was a pleasant fleecing, and I will hire them again.

TSW Roofing offered a competitive price and their communication was outstanding. They were prompt for all appointments and all the employees were very professional. After the job was complete, I noticed a broken slate that was missed (it was hard to see), they came back quickly and repaired it for free. This says a lot about their integrity as a company, since I had already paid in full. There was no difference in how my job was prioritized before and after I paid -- rare in the world of contracting. Would definitely use them again in the future.

The Friends of Jerusalem Mill hired TSW Roofing solutions to replace the cedar shake roof on a 250 year old building at Historic Jerusalem Mill Village in Kingsville, Maryland. We chose TSW based partly on their going the extra distance to verify and comply with specifications from the Cedar Shake Shingle Bureau to ensure a better performing roof in and area of frequent high humidity. We were also impressed with their portfolio of roofing projects on other historic buildings. Their price was mid range of the other bids. We are very pleased with the outcome. Their work was timely, clean, orderly and well executed with the attention to the details that can make all the difference between and ordinary and extraordinary job. I realized late in 2013 that I needed a new roof. I talked to TSW roofing first and they gave me a detailed quote that showed excactly what they were going to do and the materials they would use. Ill. I had a quote from another company for almost double the price that TSW provided. I took the specs that TSW gave me and used that to get my other quotes so I could be sure I was comparing apples to apples. The crew that worked on the roof were professional, neat and friendly. When the job was finished you couldn't tell anyone had been here working unless you looked up at the new roof. They cleaned and hauled away all their materials. I didn't have to do anything except be here and pay the bill,

First,TSW was very professional from the start. They practice good business basics - they answered their phone, and then immediately scheduled an appointment for an estimate that worked with my schedule at the end of the day, rather than what some businesses do by insisting that one be made in the middle of the day that worked best for some other schedule. The owner, Tom Wooden arrived on-time for the appointment and then investigated the problem. He listened to the symptoms I described and then went onto the roof to examine the condition of the roof and the area with the water damage. Tom then clearly explained how he proposed to correct the issue, in detail. The work was performed later the same week. Water damaged sheathing was replaced, the structure underneath altered to better shed water, and the flashing around the chimney was replaced with better material using a better method than what was previously used. The only visible sign from below that the crew had completed the job was the sight of the new seamless flashing around the chimney. The work done is exactly as described when Tom made the estimate. The crew did an exceptional clean-up. Afterward Tom came by to speak briefly about the job, and to ensure that I was satisfied with the work.Overall - TSW did a very nice job.
