He's very reliable and punctual. The first year I was with them, we talked everything out over the phone and I didn't technically meet him until the second year. I call with any questions, and they call me with any questions they may have. He's good and efficient.

If the grass has not grown, he does not mow it. He doesn't kill our grass. We maintain the nicest lawn in the neighborhood because of that, even if it's hot. A neighbor uses a different company that mows consistently, and his grass dies every summer. He's in it to take care of your lawn, not just to make money.

He mows the grass when it actually needs to be mowed and not on a weekly schedule. We don’t have the burn-out that some of our neighbors do, because their people come out every week, whether their grass needs it or not. He has a tendency to be very responsive to the weather conditions and actually what is going on with the lawn itself. He does an excellent job in a timely manner and his price is reasonable. He makes our mowing cost-effective.
