I had an awesome experience with everyone at Remodel Max. I had a 10 X 20 screened in porch along with a block Patio installed. It looks amazing and is an additional space to enjoy the outside bug free!.

Every single person we dealt with at Remodel Max, from the planning process, construction process, and designing process was just so wonderful to work with and felt like part of the family! Wayne and his team did a wonderful job on replacing the front siding on our home, they also had to rebuild the roof over the porch that was damaged from a tree falling on it, everything turned out beautiful and you would never know that t was ever damaged. Wayne and his team at Remodel Max were an absolute pleasure to work with when finishing off our basement. Wayne was involved from the very beginning and came out promptly to scope out the job and give an initial estimate. He took our considerations and visions for the space into account and helped translate those ideas into a fun and functional space for our house. They did a fantastic job from a workmanship standpoint. They were flexible and creative as we encountered additional challenges from issues the builders left us - they are committed to not just doing the job but doing it right. Lastly, Iâ d note that Wayne was BY FAR the best contractor weâ ve ever had in terms of communication. He frequently made site visits to check on progress and to relay what was going to be happening next. We were so satisfied with the basement project that we hired his team for our floors as well (another A+ experience). We would absolutely recommend Wayne and his team at Remodel Max. They are very fairly priced for the excellent service they provide and for the quality of service and communication you get from Wayne and his team.

Remodel max did a great job on my project. So good that I rehired them to replace my flooring. Would recommend.

This will be an honest review. Upon making a deposit for the project in May, it took a month the deliver materials to the day. The project took 2 and a half days to complete. My deck was off the second floor and had the rains cape/under deck material. It is about 180 sqft. There were three guys building my project. A month after completion, it rained and the problems began. The soffit finish on the underside filled with water and from the weight of the water burst open. I contacted Wayne right away. His response was that I would have to wait until my neighbor had his deck built for the guys to come out and fix it! Amazing how someone who has already paid is just shrugged off for 3-4 weeks. The guys return and trample through my yard to build my neighbors deck and reluctantly admit they need to address my project.. AFTER they re done with my neighbors project. I even let them stage material under my deck for my neighbor. They administered a quick fix and just caulked the underside. I highly doubt this with last very long and hope the guys are prepared to come out annually to fix the issue. I don t recommend hiring this contractor unless you re just getting a deck without the under material. Deposit was made mid May and they were at my house doing repairs in August. Overall I have a deck, which is what I wanted but the quality of work was not great and the customer service was subpar. There s never enough time to do it right but there is always time to do it again Thank you for reading my review!;

The project was a 3 car garage with a second floor, new kitchen, extended the living room , front entry, mud room and laundry room. Wayne handled each step of this project like it was his own, it gives piece of mind that it will be done the way it should. Wayne and his team were very professional , polite , and knowledgeable. A+ for this project.

We have twice used the services of RemodelMax. The first time was for a complete basement-to-roof rebuild of a disaster rowhouse in Baltimore. Wayne always kept his word on that protracted project. The beautiful result always rented in the first couple of showings and sold some twelve years later within the first month. We were completely delighted with our dealings with Wayne and the results he promised were what he delivered. Subsequently, we were the victim of a damaging break-in on that same property, some 11 years later, between tenants. In the process we discovered that a realtor had not reset the alarm and, as a result we lost one major appliance, had two more destroyed as the thieves tried to remove them, and the main floor severely dented by the idiots trying to move the refrigerator to the front door. But, once again, it was Wayne to the rescue. He did us a great favor by coming to take on a job in a tough neighborhood once again. Again, he made all the arrangements, including appliances replacement and the house looked good as new when we immediately put it on the market. When you hire a home improvement contractor there seem to be several things that must be considered and monitored: 1) Will they show up on timeâ ¦ and every time? 2) Will they do the work RIGHT the FIRST time? 3) Will they complete the job FAST (quick resolution)? 4) Will their pricing be fair? 5) Will they try to up-sell during the process? 6) Will their communication be consistently good; and will they be consistently available to me? 7) Will they fix anything that did not work out right? And without hassle? 8) What kind of guarantee will they provide? Honestly, having dealt with Wayne Huller of RemodelMax for twelve years we can tell you he is our go-to guy in Baltimore. Without exception, Wayne and his crew have been people of integrity and with great workmanship. They showed up as promised, did the work right the first time and without a bunch of prodding from us (we are in CA so have dealt with Wayne remotely). They have completed each project as promised with fair pricing and no up-selling. If there was a choice between methods or products Wayne explained features/benefits of each and left the decision to us. When things needed adjustment they were quick to respond. Even during our sales listing process Wayneâ s assistant came out to the house a couple of times to deal with ADT issues that were not their responsibility (avoid ADT). Their guarantee is simple: they did the work to high standards the first time; if there are reasonable subsequent issues they have proven to be very reliable. What more could one say about a contractor. Our recommendation: Donâ t hire any home improvement contractor until you meet with Wayne Huller of RemodelMax.

Last year my husband and I had a new home built. Although we had a deck installed at build, there was no real outside space for entertaining. When Steve from Remodel Max showed up at our door it was perfect timing. We went over all of the options and discussed our wish list. We opted to create a screen room out of the deck and add a paver patio. It was early January when they started the projects so there were considerable delays caused by the weather. As the project moved forward there were some miscommunications regarding the design plans and concerns about the condition of the pavers; however, all it took was a phone call to the owner (Wayne) to get things back on track. Wayne went so far as to get the manufacturer involved to correct the issues. At that point Wayne oversaw all aspects of the project personally. He was always responsive to our calls and texts. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even provided some ideas that we decided to go with to make our patio enjoyable for years to come. Neighbors walking through tend to stop and comment on how nice our patio looks. We recommend Remodel Max to them, and will use them again ourselves for projects in the future.

My wife and I live in a townhome and wanted to expand our small outdoor living space. We had a small existing deck with no stairs attached to the deck. We contacted Remodel Max to explore the possibilities. We decided to add a platform & stairs to the deck. We all opted for a small EP Henry patio and a 6' vinyl fence. We also boxed in the area under the deck which was basically mud and covered it with a silk screen and white washed stone because it did not receive any sunlight. We knew that it would be a difficult job working in such a confined space considering that we are a center unit but Remodel max made it work! The job took a while with hold ups from the weather, county inspections and HOA. We could not be more please with the quality of workmanship. We have received so many compliments from our neighbor who now describe our little yard as an oasis. I would describe Remodel Max as one stop shopping because they do it all and I mean ALL. Remodel Max obtained all the permits and submissions to the HOA so all we did was basically write a check. We are broke now but will be calling Remodel Max for all of our future projects.

They were awesome and did a great job

Over the years I have had many contractors work on my home. Remodel Max build my deck in two days. The deck is so beautiful that many of my neighbors has knocked on my door to ask who build my deck. I am so proud of my deck that I posted pictures on Facebook. I plan on remodeling my kitchen my bathroom and having my property fenced in in the future. The only company that I will ever use is remodel Max. Trust me you will get good quality work and they won’t break the bank. I could go on and on about the quality and the professionalism. They are the best .Top notch. Thank you Wayne and Jeff.

My wife & I brought in Remodel Max to help design & create our new kitchen. The drawings that they created brought our vision of what we wanted to reality. From start to finish, they delivered!! Good understanding of what was needed

Remodel Max moved the existing, small and non-functional kitchen to the other side of the kitchen space. The back slider was relocated, windows added, new plumbing, new electrical, flooring and custom cabinets. The finished kitchen is more than we could have hoped for! Wayne and Rebecca provided great communications and project oversight to the team of exceptional technicians performing the work. We look forward to working with Remodel Max on the outdoor living space.

Remodel Max did a complete remodel of my kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. I'm in love with our new kitchen!

I had a bathroom, closet and kitchenette put in my basement. Other than punch out work never being completed, I'm happy with the work. There were several miscommunications on the part of the salesman that made the project more expensive than the contract I originally signed. As a single female, it's hard to shake the thought that it wasn't intentional in order to put in a low bid but I can't say one way or the other if that's actually the case.

The whole team was outstanding. They communicated with is through each step and the job was completed on time as they promised. We look forward to working with them again when we start working on finishing the basement.

They remodeled 2 bathrooms and did a superior job even with a few problems popping up. Wayne, the owner was exceptional to deal with as was Jeff their sales person. Sean did a tremendous job with the tile work and I could not have been more pleased. It was an excellent experience.

Few minor issues, but overall very pleased!

We met with 3 companies for my Kitchen Renovation but in the end I knew that Remodel Max was the company for us. They did quality work and even gave me some suggestions about things I never would have thought about during the process. From the Pocket Door, to a sweep vent that works with my Central Vac. Everyone that sees my kitchen absolutely loves it! We will be using this company again for our bathroom renovation! Thank you to Wayne, Jeff, Brandon and Eddie!!

Finally decided have our basement finished with a new powder room and very glad we did. Looks great and everything finished to a high degree. Any problems or concerns were almost immediately responded to and met with a solution or plan by Jeff the salesperson/planner/technical guy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Love our new basement and everyone comments on how well they did. But I do feel the need to warn people that Wayne, the owner, can be a bit prickly and defensive about comments and/or criticisms of their workmanship. I questioned a few things about their detail work and such and it was met with a condescending attitude and a stern lecture about why the customer 'isn't right.' Thankfully it's Jeff you'll most likely deal with 99% of the time and he always set things right and always listened to the customer's concerns.
