Description of Work: I initially spoke with roman on Saturday,April 13th. I wanted him to give me an estimate on refinishing my teak rooftop deck. We had an extensive conversation about the deck and the property of my location. I knew that he was located About 45 minutes to an hour north of my property, yet he still agreed to come by my house and look at the deck. We scheduled an appointment for the following Monday at 6pm. On Monday at 6:45 I have roman a call. He indicated that he had completely forgot about the appointment that he had made. I understood and rescheduled with him for the following Wednesday. On Wednesday morning I received the attached text indicating that he was unwilling to entertain the job opportunity due to the location of my property (federal hill, Baltimore). I understand if my property was not in the area he covered, I just wish he told me that when I initially talked with him.

+ -1 moreThis company also goes by the name, Mt.Summit Construction. Roman and his employee, Chris, were very professional and did a fantastic job on our basement! From start to finish, they were both perfect gentleman. You will feel very comfortable with them in your home. I was impressed at how after each day they cleaned up their work area and left everything neat and tidy for the next days work. Roman was very flexible and accommodating when we had minor little changes to make along the way. He always made us feel comfortable with his suggestions and advice. He has very good ideas and he takes pride in his work. In the end me and husband were extremely satisfied with everything and our basement looks amazing! It will definitely be the selling point of our house. Even the neighbors are envious and wished they would have went with him! We are looking forward to having him come back and do our deck and patio in the near future. Actually, he will be the only one we call on for any job! I promise you won't be disappointed if you go with Roman and Chris. Very good guys! ...I Will post pictures soon!!

+ 1 moreOverall, no issues that Premier did not fully resolve. Professional and did all as promised. Friendly and easy t work with.
Description of Work: Had deck constructed by Premier to standard required by Bulle Rock development in Havre De Grace. Quality of deck excellent; have now had for over one year and has held up very well. There was some delay and had initial issue with local code inspector but Premier did address and deck did pass code review. Quote was significantly lower than other two received and appearance and (proven over time) quality are both outstanding. Bottom line - I would use Premier again and I have recommended them to others.

They have just very clean line on everything. I would highly recommend them. They are excellent and top-notch. Their price is good when compared to others.
