 + -1 moreAbsolutely the worst real estate transaction my husband and I have EVER been through! The seller was very difficult to begin with, but Amy O'Neill did nothing to help move the transaction along. She knowingly misrepresented the property in her listing and then proceeded to be surprised that we had issues with the condition of the property after the home inspection. She was often unresponsive to our realtor's attempts to contact her. I think she mostly deals with real estate in an auction setting and she seemed to be in way over her head with this traditional real estate transaction. We loved the house and stuck it out until the bitter end and FINALLY settled on the property, but it was as painful a process as one can possibly imagine. Our advice to others would be: Stay away from O'Neill Enterprises!

Description of Work: Annual income tax preparation and financial consultation. Also has advised us on matters related to real estate and appraisals of antique furniture and automobiles.
