+ -1 moreI was sooo happy with the Mop Squad carpet cleaning service that I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of high quality, professional carpet cleaning services. I was Amazed at how clean they were able to get my carpet. There were some stains that predated when I moved into my condo and John and Tony were able to remove them. Unbelievable! It’s been almost two weeks and the carpet still looks great. It was a pleasure meeting John and Tony who were both very polite and professional. I’m so happy with my pretty, clean carpet.

There is an ease speaking to both Tomb and John, as they are cognizant of the environment, the areas of concern to clean, and explanation as to process 3. Efficient. They were close with allotment of time and did complete effortlessly 4. Thorough. Both gentlemen made reference to trouble spots and follow up with a final walk thru. 5. Knowledgeable about the business, their products, and a general understanding as to local community. 6. Affordable and justifiable in cost. Price points are within reason even with those areas requiring more attention and product. John and Tom are the most personable of business men and stand behind their mission of providing expert carpet cleaning service. My family and I are fortunate to have Mop Squad clean our carpets. + -1 moreThe owner is super nice and will even come out to your house. Nice, however, cannot get my house clean. Unless you keep on top of them it Is not going to be a good cleaning. It was in inconsistent and overall not worth it. They would come for tops 3 hours and there was no communication amongst the cleaners. The crew starts out as 3 or more and dwindles down as does the time they spend in the home. Things were not picked up and instead cleaned around. Floors were never done correctly except once. We found someone else on Angies list to be able to provide the quality we need.

Description of Work: I began my service with MOP SQUAD CLEANING SERVICE and everything was fine. They even cleaned my neighbors home. The cleaning occurred as promised and then all of a sudden the cleaning woman called my neighbor and informed him she had quit 2 days before she was scheduled to clean his home. He was never contacted again from the owner or serviced. As my week was approaching I called the owner and just asked if he would like me to go with another service and he said "No", that he had another woman who would be cleaning my home and that he would be accompanying her to my next cleaning to show her what needs to be done. They arrived and cleaned my home and I have never seen or heard from them again. How does a cleaning company completely loose business over one housekeeper? It struck me as odd that you would not only loose 1 house but that you would loose two houses. I felt that even if they didn't have someone to service my area (that would have been a great excuse) that the owner at least inform me that this was the case. I felt it very unprofessional that you would have long term client (they cleaned my home for a good 5 to 6 months, every 2 weeks) and you would just stop service and not even attempt to make an excuse. My neighbor to this day has not heard from them! I have since found a cleaning service that is prompt and communicative and cheaper to boot. They do as good a job if not better then the above mentioned company and if they can't make it for whatever reason I promptly get an email!

+ -1 moreLooking for someone to provide spring cleaning services, I called this company on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, leaving a voice message with my contact information and request for a quote. As of this date (05/07), I have yet to receive a return call. If they didn't provide one-time cleaning services, they should have had the courtesy to call and tell me as another company did.
Description of Work: No response to a message and no services performed.

+ -1 moreWe have used Mop Squad for about two months. They do a good job. Price is good. The team is very friendly and responsive. The cleaning effort is good. We have pretty high standards, so to be an A, we would expect a little more, however, they do a good job, and we have three kids and a dog! Recommend a try as we have used a couple cleaners over the past year.

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with them. The staff is very nice and my mother is very relaxed with them. The price is great. My mother has a three-bedroom townhouse and the price is very reasonable. It is a small company and the staff is very professional. There are two ladies and they like to come together instead of individually. They are very thorough and they are in and out in about 45 minutes or so. They are very accommodating. They always call and ask my mom as to when she wants them to come.
