Great. They worked 10 hours

The estimator came out and took all the details and told me he would get back to me by the end of that week on the following week. I have NEVER heard from him again and that was over a month ago.

They did great work, on time and according to the budget and terms of the contract.

A Krause representative came through our neighborhood offering to do free estimates. It was claimed that they were in the neighborhood installing a deck, though we discovered that this was not the case. The following weekend a salesman visited and did an estimate. Was professional but pushy. Had to sign that day to get the and quot;dealand quot; and be the exemplar deck for the neighborhood. This was odd if they were already installing at least one deck in the neighborhood. Additionally, we are at the end of a shared driveway at the back of the neighborhood, so not a great place to advertise your work. After considering the sales pitch we cancelled the contract within the permitted time. I would consider using Krause to build our deck with sufficient time to research and compare competing contractors.

The first indication that this was going to be a bad experience was that the salesperson called us on short notice and explained he was double-booked and needed to reschedule our appointment for the following evening, so my husband left work early for nothing. The salesperson's attitude was that it was no big deal to reschedule and was not apologetic at all even though he didn't call us until about an hour before the appointment to let us know he was double-booked. The following night proved to be one of the most frustrating and maddening evenings of our lives. First, we received a history lesson about the company that lasted about 45 minutes to an hour, which we didn't care about or want to listen to. He then proceeded to give us a price that was more than double the other quotes we had received from other companies for the same deck. At that point, we told him we weren't interested and he then gave us and quot;special pricingand quot; that was only good if we signed a contract with him that night. Krause uses high-pressure sales techniques to the point of badgering. The salesperson actually went as far as to slandere one of the other companies we received a quote from. The whole experience was very unprofessional, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Proposal meeting lasted over three hours and were very thorough in covering all the details. However final price was much higher than we wanted to spend. Job was awarded to another contractor.

They have been fine. I have enjoyed them. They seem very thorough, I had trouble one time with my furnace and it took forever for another heating and air conditioning company to figure out what it was, I was really disappointed. But I just decided to switch anyway, I switched to Krause Renovations and they were really good at giving me an estimate. They competitive with everybody else with price. I'm trying to remember this year I did get a notice in the mail, I called them and they sent out and the person came within a short period of time.

Outstanding customer experience - just a bit above out of our expected price target. Enjoyed working with the marketing/sales department!

They were always very prompt anytime I meet them. They were great. They came out right away schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. Last time I spent $2400 for replacing a roof and two skylights. They were clean and didn't leave a mess and did it all in one day.

The installation was very well done . After alot of research and questions Krause Renovations gave me the best price and warranty plus the best location on my house for the fans.
