They do excellent work. They are very punctual and professional. I have never had a problem with them.

They are good. They are regular bug control Company. They are fine and I haven't had problems with them. I haven't had any bugs so I think they are good. I haven't had any bad experiences.

They do a good job. Their price isn't cheap. They are very prompt. The person that comes out is always very polite.

We have a regular maintenance plan with them. They are pretty quick to come out, and the person that comes around and does the regular sprays, we know him quite well, and he is quite personable.

He is a very energetic young man. He does great work. He has done extra work for us also. However, he is just not the most organized.

Man came within hours of call. Said we were doig the right things but put out more traps, baited with peanut butter. (Didn't ask if we hada child allergic to PB, hcih we do, but figured the child wouldn't be exposed to the traps.) Mice were edad in a nother couple of weeks. (That part was okay.) The service tech, before he started, explained the contract. They only work with a one-year service contract which can be canceled at any time with 30 days notice. First visit is 185 and subsequent quarterly visits are 100 more. The catch is that they showed up 30 days after the first visit without warning. Since we didn't answer the door, he walked around the house and we were billed for the quarterly visit. The contract says if we don't answer it's not their fault; they can still bill. Since the second visit came before we had a chance to cancel, the real first visit cost is $285. We have filed a formal complaint with the State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. It has not yet been settled; the company has not replied to them. Since we haven't piad the second bill for 100, we have spent only 185 so far. The balance is in dispute.

They do a pretty good job. I have limited knowledge of these people because they come out when I am at work. They have been very effective. I have no problems with them. One of the things that they do is that when they are treating on a regular basis and the problem occurs they come right back out with no additional charge. They come out and do special treatment for things like ants which generally ends the problem at least for the time being. Price wise I don't know. I hate to think there is a problem really when there is no problem. They are all very nice and what I understand is that we have no issues with them. They respond very quickly. If we start to see something they come right out. My wife has never complaint that they were late. We are happy with their work. We will continue to use them in the future.

We're battling carpenter ants and have had three treatments in the last 6 weeks. First two helped, but the third one has seemed to make a real difference. Home Paramount did not charge for the "repeat" visit after the second treatment -- it's the policy and they stuck to that promise. After third treatment I was advised to wait two weeks...if I still have ants they'll come treat again. Still in the two week period.

It went well. They came to do estimate quickly (first to return a call, accommodated my schedule). Scheduled work quickly, conveniently. Solved the problem, felt they were knowledgeable and professional. Though expensive, they did not recommend more than I thought necessary.

They are good. They are responsive. If we have problems between their visits they send people out for no charge.

I called Home paramount to exterminate the roach infestation of my house. I was told that they would visit quarterly for a year to ensure that all bugs were killed. After 3 visits I still never had a week without cockroaches. I called to cancel my contract and requested that they not send anymore servicemen out. The asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I said yes. They said they would send one out to talk to me in person. He came when I was at work, and left another bill on my doorstep, claiming that he did more extermination on the exterior of my house. In spite of my specific request to cancel service and have no more visits, what do they do? They send out another technician and slap with another $95. I am currently trying to resolve this dispute through letters because talking on the phone has gotten me nowhere.

Salesman/estimator was called to see if pest problem was termites or some other creature. From the beginning I got the feeling that he wasn't interested in our problem. He was unable to identify the problem wood scrapings. After checking the basement he asked how big was our townhouse, and doubled the square footage. Then said the problem would take $1320 to correct but didn't identify solution. When asked to correct the problem between 2 studs in the garage he said $640 for a one time correction. When asked about the warranty he changed the topic. He never answered or provided a solution to my exact request, his interest was only selling me a package I didn't want. After he left no follow up call was made. I looked up the problem on the net and found out the problem was carpenter ants. The sites provided me with an insecticide which bought and applied and killed the ants. If the salesman would have listened and provided a reasonable solution they could have received an order.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY. THEY ARE ALSO VERY PROMPT AND THEY HAVE NEVER MADE A MESS WITH THE SPRAYS OR MADE US FEEL CONCERNED ABOUT THE CHEMICALS THEY USE.
