+ 3 moreDuring the design phase, we were very pleased. They were very attentive and easy to reach. Once the actual work started, things went downhill quick. Days would pass and no one would show up or call (meanwhile the kitchen is stripped bare). We had to complain continuously to get a response. Finally after several weeks we got most of our kitchen replaced at least to the point of being useable. The finish work was never done and it's been since Nov 2005. All attempts to contact the owner are blocked by a receptionist. I can't even find their new office in Forest Hill. Bleeeech! Oh, and our carpet cleaning bill for these bozos was $175!!!
Description of Work: We contracted for a complete kitchen remodel. The kitchen was stripped bare and new cabinets and countertops installed along with some new electrical outlets and new appliances (self purchased).

+ 0 moreHARFORD KITCHENS DID AN OK JOB ON THE COUNTER TOP, WE HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK TO FIX THE BACKSPLASH DUE TO AN INCORRECT MEASUREMENT ON THEIR PART. THE SHOWER DOOR IS A DIFFERENT STORY WE ORDERED IT APPRENTICED 12 WEEKS AGO AND AS OF THE END OF JUNE, WE STILL DON'T HAVE IT! THEY SAID NUMEROUS TIMES THAT THEY WERE COMING OUT BUT THEY HAVE NOT YET SHOWED UP!
Description of Work: HARFORD KITCHENS INSTALLED OUR COUNTER TOP FOR OUR KITCHEN AND WE ORDER A GLASS SHOWER DOOR FOR OUR BATHROOM.
