+ -1 moreBrian & his crew did an excellent job & obviously took pride in their work. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards as well. However, we were asked to accelerate the payment schedule due to cash flow problems. Because we were so pleased with the end result, we would use him again & recommend him to others.
Description of Work: He added a 10x18 4-season sunroom to the back of our house.

+ -1 moreHe made many mistakes and refused to coreect them all.
Description of Work: I told him I wanted him to estimate a complete job cradle to grave, including all the permit work. He didn't realize the code changed to 2012 AND made several mistakes/ inspection fails. I think it was his first pool deck. He refused to correct some of his mistakes stating that he wasn't going to do any *uckin work that he wasn't paid for, and wanted another 1500.00 to make the deck in a state that would pass the final inspection. He wrote the contract very simply stating a list of matrerials and that he would install them. You need to hire a lawyer to write the contract with these guys. They were the next to cheapest, but don't go for it, they will escallate the price later.

+ -1 moreDAZZLING DECKS DID A NICE JOB ON THE DECK. OVERALL THE JOB WAS NEAT, AND WORKMANSHIP WAS OF GOOD QUALITY. THEY COMPLETED THE DECK IN 7 DAYS WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS.
Description of Work: DAZZLING DECKS INSTALLED A 400 SQ. FT. 2 TIER MAINTENANCE FREE DECK ON MY HOME. ALSO INCLUDED WAS A 14 STEP STAIR AND LANDING TO EXISTING GRADE.
